Itinerary :

  • 05:00 AM: Arrive at base village; breakfast

  • 06:00 AM: Start trek with guide

  • 08:30 AM: Reach summit; explore fort & temple

  • 10:00 AM: Scenic relaxation & photography

  • 11:00 AM: Begin descent

  • 01:00 PM: Return to base village; lunch

  • 02:00 PM: Start return journey

  • 03:00 PM: Visit Trimbakeshwar Jyotilinga Temple (from outside-only if time permits)

  • 10:30 PM: Approx. arrival Pune

(Timings may vary depending on weather, traffic, or group pace.)


Things to Carry:

  • Rucksack/Backpack (30–40L): Comfortable, sturdy, and rain-protected for carrying essentials.

  • Warm Clothing: Light jacket, windcheater, and an extra set of clothes (nights are cold in Oct–Jan).

  • Trekking Shoes: Good quality, anti-slip trekking or sports shoes (slippers/sandals not allowed).

  • Water Bottle: 1–2 liters (carry reusable bottles to avoid plastic waste).

  • Snacks & Energy Boosters: Dry fruits, energy bars, biscuits, or chocolates.

  • Torch/Headlamp: With extra batteries (essential for night/early morning treks).

  • Personal Medicines & First Aid: Along with doctor’s prescription if required.

  • Identity Proof: Government-issued (Aadhar/PAN/Driving License).

  • Personal Hygiene Kit: Sanitizer, tissues, menstrual hygiene products if required.

  • Cap/Beanie & Sunglasses: To protect against chilly winds and sun.

  • Power Bank: For charging mobiles (no electricity at base villages).

  • Optional: Lightweight blanket/ shawl for added warmth in camping treks.


Rules and Regulations:

  • No Alcohol/Smoking/Intoxicants: Strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the trek immediately.

  • Respect Nature: Do not litter; carry back all plastic or wrappers.

  • Silence in Nature: Avoid playing loud music or shouting in forests/villages.

  • Follow Trek Leader’s Instructions: For your safety and group coordination, their decision is final.

  • Safety First: Some trails may have rocky/steep patches—walk carefully, especially in early mornings with dew.

  • Behaviour Policy: Any misconduct, harassment, or action causing harm/disturbance to fellow trekkers will lead to termination from the trek.

  • Personal Responsibility: Adventure Club Pune ensures safety support, but in case of injury, illness, or emergency, expenses will be borne by the participant.

  • No Valuables: Avoid carrying ornaments, expensive gadgets, or items you cannot afford to lose.

  • Environment Code: Do not pluck flowers, disturb wildlife, or damage village property.
