Day 0 – Departure

• Depart from Pune in a private non-ac bus.
• Overnight journey towards Bhimashankar.

Day 1 – Bhimashankar & Trimbakeshwar

• Early Morning Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga Darshan
• Attend Kakad Aarti (subject to temple schedule)
• Breakfast
• Proceed towards Trimbakeshwar
• Lunch en route
• Hotel check-in at Nashik
• Evening Trimbakeshwar Darshan
• Visit Panchvati and Ram Kund
• Attend Ramghat Aarti (subject to time availability)
• Overnight stay at Nashik

Day 2 – Grishneshwar & Ellora

• Breakfast
• Proceed to Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga
• Darshan
• Visit Ellora Caves & Kailasa Temple

This is a pilgrimage tour conducted during the monsoon season across various regions of Maharashtra.

• Landslides, waterlogging, roadblocks, traffic diversions, and travel delays are possible.
• Temple premises may become slippery due to rain.
• Long queues and prolonged standing during darshan may occur.

While Adventure Club Pune takes reasonable measures for participant safety, all travel involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

Participants join the tour voluntarily after understanding these risks.

Health & Fitness Declaration

By joining this pilgrimage tour, participants declare that:

• They are physically and mentally fit for long-distance road travel.
• They do not suffer from any condition that may endanger themselves or others.
• They will carry all personal medications.
• They will immediately inform the trip leader about any medical concerns.
• Senior citizens and participants with pre-existing medical conditions have consulted a medical professional before joining.

Participants undertake full responsibility for their personal health throughout the tour.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

By registering for this tour, participants acknowledge and agree that:

• Travel, pilgrimage, sightseeing, and road journeys involve inherent risks.
• Weather conditions, traffic conditions, and unforeseen events may affect the tour.
• Participation is entirely voluntary.
• Adventure Club Pune acts solely as a tour organizer and coordinator.
• Participants accept personal responsibility for their actions, decisions, and conduct during the tour.

Participants waive any claims arising from risks ordinarily associated with travel, pilgrimage, road transportation, weather conditions, or personal negligence.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance are strongly recommended for all participants.

Adventure Club Pune does not provide insurance coverage unless specifically mentioned.

Participants are responsible for:

• Medical expenses
• Hospitalization costs
• Emergency transportation
• Personal travel disruptions
• Lost baggage or personal belongings

Any expenses arising due to illness, accident, injury, or emergency shall be borne entirely by the participant.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

This tour operates during the monsoon season.

Adventure Club Pune shall not be held responsible for itinerary changes, delays, interruptions, cancellations, or losses arising due to:

• Heavy Rainfall
• Flooding
• Landslides
• Road Closures
• Government Restrictions
• Temple Restrictions
• Natural Calamities
• Political Disturbances
• Vehicle Breakdowns Beyond Reasonable Control
• Any Force Majeure Event

In such situations, itinerary modifications may be implemented without prior notice in the interest of participant safety.

The decision of the tour leader and management shall remain final.

Additional Tour-Specific Conditions

• This departure requires a minimum of 12 confirmed participants.
• If the minimum group size is not achieved, Adventure Club Pune may:
  • Reschedule the departure,
  • Offer an alternate departure,
  • Or provide a refund of the tour amount paid.

Adventure Club Pune shall not be responsible for:

• Flight cancellation charges
• Train cancellation charges
• Hotel bookings
• Taxi bookings
• Visa charges
• Personal travel arrangements

Participants travelling from distant cities are strongly advised to book only refundable or flexible travel tickets until departure confirmation is received from our team.

Important Booking Advisory

This tour operates on a minimum group size of 12 confirmed participants.

Participants travelling from outside Maharashtra (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, etc.) are strongly advised to contact our team before booking non-refundable train, flight, hotel, or transport tickets.

Adventure Club Pune shall not be responsible for any losses arising from personal travel bookings made before departure confirmation. We can confirm tour only before 6 hrs of departure.

By making payment and confirming a booking, the participant acknowledges that they have:

• Agreed to comply with all instructions issued by Adventure Club Pune representatives, trip captains, drivers, local coordinators, and service providers.

The booking shall be deemed confirmation of acceptance of all tour terms, conditions, declarations, and policies published by Adventure Club Pune.
