Day 1 : Departure

• Pune Pickups: Wakad 7:00 PM | Deccan 8:00 PM | Hadapsar 9:30 PM

• Mumbai Pickups: 1–4 PM (Borivali to Kalamboli) → Connect to Pune bus

• Overnight journey in a comfortable non-AC bus

Day 2 : Hippie Island

• Morning: Freshen up & breakfast

• Explore Durga Temple, Sugriva’s Cave, Anegundi Village, Chintamani Temple

• Coracle ride & cliff jumping (if available)

• Sunset at Anjanadri Hills

• Evening: Chill at local cafés (dinner at own cost)

• Overnight stay

Day 3 : Hampi Heritage Tour

• Breakfast & lunch included

• Vijaya Vittala Temple & Stone Chariot, Queen’s Bath, Lotus Mahal, Elephant Stables

• Royal Enclosure, Hazara Rama Temple, Underground Shiva Temple, Virupaksha Temple

• Meet Lakshmi, the temple elephant 🐘

• Night market stroll → Departure

Day 4  Return

• Pune arrival: 5–8 AM

• However, the company will not be liable for injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents, including accidental death.

• Carry your prescribed medicines if under specific medication.

• Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis at pickup and will remain the same throughout the trip. The first two seats are reserved for leaders. We do not reserve seats for anyone. Any disputes regarding seating may lead to dismissal without refund.

• Stay: Room allocation will be based on gender. Groups (3–5 pax) may request a separate room in advance, subject to availability.

• Safety & Responsibility: Carry personal valuables (e.g., cameras, gadgets) at your own risk.

• Coordination: A WhatsApp group will be created one day before departure for all important details (pickup points, instructions, things to carry). Ensure you are added to the group. Pickup points are fixed and non-negotiable.

• Schedule: Trips run as per the planned itinerary. Extra leisure time will not be accommodated. The team may continue without participants who delay.

• Food & Stay: Arrangements are basic/backpacking style. Please do not expect luxury.

• Activities: Complimentary activities (e.g., cliff jumping) are subject to government regulations. No refunds if activities are cancelled.

• Batch Size: A minimum of 12 participants is required. We reserves the right to cancel if the minimum is not met.

• Unforeseen Changes: Timings and itineraries may change due to weather, natural or man-made conditions. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
