Day 1 : Sunset, BBQ & Bonfire

• 05:00 PM: Check-in & Tent Allocation
  Arrive at our scenic lakeside campsite. Freshen up, explore the surroundings, and settle into your comfortable tent.

• 05:30 PM: Welcome Snacks & Tea
  Enjoy hot tea with tasty evening snacks as the sun begins to dip behind the hills.

• 06:30 PM: Sunset & Outdoor Activities
  Play outdoor games or simply relax by the lakeside as the golden light paints the sky.

• 07:30 PM: BBQ, Music & Dance
  Relish sizzling BBQ (veg/non-veg) while vibing to live music or DJ beats under a starry sky.

• 09:30 PM: Dinner Feast
  Treat yourself to an unlimited buffet dinner — a perfect blend of local flavors and soulful ambiance.

• 10:30 PM: Bonfire Fun & Rest
  Gather around the bonfire for games, storytelling, or just laughter with your gang. Later, retreat to your cozy tent for a peaceful lakeside sleep.

Day 2 : Sunrise & Departure

• 07:30 AM: Sunrise Magic
  Wake up early to witness the calm morning mist over Panshet Lake — perfect for photographers and peace-seekers.

• 08:00 AM: Breakfast Delight
  Enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast with hot tea or coffee.

• 09:00 AM: Leisure Time & Lake Walk
  Take a stroll along the lake, soak in the views, or click those last golden-hour shots.

• 10:00 AM: Check-Out
  Say goodbye to the serene landscape with memories that will stay long after the trip ends.

Rules & Regulations

• Follow instructions from the camp coordinators for your safety.

• Alcohol is allowed (BYOB), but misbehavior or public intoxication is strictly prohibited.

• Bonfire management is handled by staff — avoid lighting separate fires.

• Maintain cleanliness; dispose waste only in assigned bins.

• Noise restriction post 12:30 AM to ensure a peaceful night.

• Pets are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

• Adventure Club Pune is not liable for loss/damage of personal belongings.

• Distance from Pune: ~45 km (1-1.5 hrs)

• Distance from Mumbai: ~140 km (3–3.5 hrs)

• Nearest Railway Station: Pune Junction

• By Road: Easily accessible by car or bike; detailed location shared post-booking

• Transport Options: Private cab or pre-booked pickup from Pune available at additional cost
