Seating in vehicles will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The first two seats are reserved for trek leaders. Any seat disputes may lead to dismissal from the trip without refund.

Stay arrangements will be allotted based on gender. Groups (3–5 members) can request shared rooms in advance, subject to availability.

Please carry your own cameras, gadgets, and valuables at your own risk; Adventure Club Pune is not responsible for any loss or damage.

A WhatsApp coordination group will be created one day before departure to share final instructions, pickup timings, and contact details. Ensure you are active on the group.

Pickup and drop points are fixed and cannot be changed at the last minute.

The itinerary will run strictly as scheduled. The group will not wait for participants who delay departure or trek timings.

Food and stay provided are standard mountain-style, focused on safety and comfort — not luxury.
