Day 0: Departure
08:30 PM : Assemble at JM Road, Pune and depart for Malvan.

Day 1: Adventure Begins
08:00 AM : Reach Malvan, freshen up, breakfast.
09:00 AM : Dandi Beach water sports (jet ski, banana ride, bumper ride, parasailing).
03:00 PM : Traditional Malvani lunch, hotel check-in & rest.
05:30 PM : Rock Garden sunset visit.
07:00 PM : Local market stroll / group activities.
09:00 PM : Dinner (self-arranged).
11:00 PM : Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2: Beaches & Forts
05:30 AM : Visit Tarkarli Beach.
09:00 AM : Breakfast at hotel.
10:30 AM : Sindhudurg Fort & boat ride.
02:00 PM : Malvani lunch.
04:30 PM : Visit Tsunami Island / Seagull Island / Bhogwe Beach.
09:30 PM : Dinner (self-arranged).
10:30 PM : Depart for Pune.

Day 3: Return
06:00-07:00 AM : Reach Pune.

Things to Carry

• Small backpack/rucksack (avoid trolley bags)

• Government ID proof (Aadhaar card / Driving License)

• Comfortable clothing (light cotton wear for daytime, a light jacket/shawl for the bus journey)

• 2–3 sets of extra clothes (including quick-dry wear for water sports)

• Towel, napkin, and a small plastic bag for wet clothes

• Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, face wash, deodorant, sanitary items, etc.)

• Water bottle (minimum 2 liters, reusable preferred)

• Light snacks (dry fruits, energy bars, biscuits, chocolates)

• Personal medicines (if any, with doctor’s prescription if needed)

• Mobile phone with charger & power bank

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Adventure Club Pune will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

• Follow trek leader instructions at all times. Decisions taken by the leader are final and binding for safety and group discipline.

• Medical fitness is the responsibility of participants. If you are on medication or have a health condition, please inform us in advance and carry your prescribed medicines.

• Adventure Club Pune is not liable for injuries, illness, or accidental death arising during treks, tours, or water/land activities due to natural or unforeseen circumstances.

• Travel and itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or local authority orders. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

• No refunds on cancellations once booking is confirmed.

• Littering is strictly prohibited. Help us keep nature clean by carrying your waste back.

• No valuables, ornaments, or jewelry allowed. The company is not responsible for loss/damage of personal belongings.

• Misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated. Any participant causing nuisance, distress, or harm to others may be expelled from the trip without compensation.
