Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Activities

• 4:00 PM: Check-in at the Nagaon Beach campsite. Settle into your private tents and relax.

• 7:00 PM: Evening snacks with hot tea and misal-pav while soaking in the beach vibes.

• 7:30 PM: Barbeque session with both Veg (paneer with assorted veggies) and Non-Veg (marinated chicken) options.

• 9:30 PM: Unlimited dinner buffet – Chapati, Rice, Dal, Veg Sabzi, and Chicken Curry.

• 11:00 PM: Gather around the bonfire and enjoy the warmth under the starry sky.

• 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Weekends Only): Groove to live music and experience a magical beachside night.

• 1:00 AM – 6:00 AM: Silent hours to relax and enjoy your night stay in cozy tents.

Day 2: Morning and Departure

• 6:30 AM: Wake up to the soothing sound of waves and morning breeze.

• 8:30 AM: Enjoy a refreshing breakfast & tea.

• 9:30 AM: Spend your morning exploring the beach, playing beach games, or relaxing with your group.

• 11:00 AM: Check-out with lots of memories and refreshed spirits!

Rules & Regulations

• Follow all instructions provided by our camp coordinators for your safety and smooth experience.

• Alcohol is permitted (BYOB), however public intoxication or misbehavior is strictly prohibited.

• Bonfire management will be handled by our staff — please avoid lighting separate fires.

• Help us maintain the beach’s natural beauty — use dustbins for waste disposal.

• Noise restriction after 12:30 AM to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

• Pets are welcome but must remain under supervision at all times.

• Adventure Club Pune is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

How to Reach

• From Pune: ~160 km (5–5.5 hours)

• From Mumbai: ~110 km (3–3.5 hours)

• Nearest Railway Station: Pen Junction (45 km) or Roha (60 km)

• By Ferry (Recommended from Mumbai):

  Take a ferry from Gateway of India to Mandwa Jetty, then hire a shared cab or auto directly to Nagaon Beach (20–25 mins).

• By Road:

  Easily accessible by car or bike via Alibaug–Revdanda Road. The detailed Google Maps location will be shared after booking.

• Transport Options:

  Private cab or pre-booked transportation from Pune or Mumbai is available at an additional cost.

Things To Carry

• Backpack with essentials

• Extra clothes, rainwear, light jacket & socks

• 1–2 liters of water bottle

• Comfortable clothes & footwear (avoid heels/formals)

• Personal medicines, hygiene kit, and torch

• Power bank for charging

• Light snacks – dry fruits, chocolates, biscuits
