Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis at pickup and will remain the same throughout the trip. The first two seats are reserved for leaders. We do not reserve seats for anyone. Any disputes regarding seating may lead to dismissal without refund.

Stay: Room allocation will be based on gender. Groups (3–5 pax) may request a separate room in advance, subject to availability.

Safety & Responsibility: Carry personal valuables (e.g., cameras, gadgets) at your own risk.

Coordination: A WhatsApp group will be created one day before departure for all important details (pickup points, instructions, things to carry). Ensure you are added to the group. Pickup points are fixed and non-negotiable.

Schedule: Trips run as per the planned itinerary. Extra leisure time will not be accommodated. The team may continue without participants who delay.

Food & Stay: Arrangements are basic/backpacking style. Please do not expect luxury.

Activities: Complimentary activities (e.g., cliff jumping) are subject to government regulations. No refunds if activities are cancelled.

Batch Size: A minimum of 12 participants is required. We reserves the right to cancel if the minimum is not met.
