Day 1 – Arrival & Evening Fun

• The campsite is located in an outdoor natural setting. Participants should expect a camping experience with basic facilities rather than luxury accommodation.

• Tent allocation is subject to campsite availability and operational arrangements.

• Washrooms are shared facilities.

• Live music, DJ, bonfire, BBQ, and other activities are subject to weather conditions, local permissions, and campsite policies.

• Live music or DJ arrangements are available on weekends as specified by the campsite.

• Participants are requested to follow the campsite's check-in and check-out timings.

• Pick-up and drop services are not included in the standard package and can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.

• Participants travelling with pets must ensure their pets remain under control and do not disturb other guests.

• Carry personal medication and essential belongings. The organiser does not provide personal medicines.

• Participants are advised to carry valid government-issued photo identification.

Rules And Regulations

• Booking is confirmed only after full payment is received. Unpaid or partially paid reservations will not be considered confirmed unless explicitly approved by the organiser.

• Payment confirmation implies acceptance of the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, rules, and terms of Adventure Club Pune.

• Adventure Club Pune acts as an event organiser and coordinator. Campsite facilities and services are provided by the respective campsite and its staff.

• Participants are responsible for their personal safety, health, and belongings throughout the event.

• Participants must follow instructions issued by the campsite staff and Adventure Club Pune coordinators.

• Consumption of alcohol or other intoxicants must comply with applicable laws and campsite policies. Any prohibited or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the campsite without a refund.

• Misbehaviour, harassment, arguments, or actions disturbing other guests or staff will not be tolerated and may lead to removal without a refund.

• Littering, damaging campsite property, or harming the natural surroundings is strictly prohibited. Participants may be held responsible for any damage caused by them.

• Adventure Club Pune is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including phones, wallets, jewellery, and cameras.

• Participants must arrive on time and follow the announced schedule. Delays caused by participants may result in missed activities or arrangements.

• Bonfire, music, BBQ, and other campsite activities may be modified, restricted, or cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, local permissions, or campsite regulations.

• Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to modify the itinerary, campsite arrangements, or activities when required for safety or operational reasons.

• No refund will be provided for activities missed due to late arrival, personal absence, or failure to follow the announced schedule.

• Participants must be medically fit to take part in the camping experience and should inform the organiser in advance of any condition that may require special attention.

• Travel and medical insurance are the responsibility of participants unless specifically mentioned as part of the package.

• Adventure Club Pune and its representatives shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, government restrictions, or other force majeure situations.

• The decision of Adventure Club Pune and the campsite management regarding operational and safety matters shall be final.
