Day 1 Arrival and Fireflies Experience
- Arrival at Lonavala and transfer to Rajmachi base village by local jeep
- Reach village campsite and complete tent allocation
- Freshen up and relax in natural surroundings

- Explore village life or rest at campsite
- Dinner with local Maharashtrian food
- Begin guided night trail into forest for fireflies spotting

- Return to campsite and relax near campfire

Day 2 Sunrise Trek and Return

If the road is not motorable, jeeps will be available only till halfway. Participants will have to walk 8km.
- Due to the visitor rush during this period, jeeps are sometimes unavailable or overbooked, and the participant is requested to wait patiently for their jeep.

RULES & REGULATIONS
- Minimum 12 participants required for batch confirmation.
- If minimum participants are not met:
- Alternative trek/tour with fare adjustment
- Reschedule to next available batch
- Full refund option
- Silence must be maintained during firefly spotting. No flash photography or loud noise allowed.
- Music will be switched off at the campsite as per local rules and schedule.
- Respect locals, nature, fellow campers, and surrounding property.
- Participants must follow all instructions given by trek leader / coordinator.
- Camp or stay property damage caused by participants will be chargeable.
- Firefly sightings depend on weather and seasonal conditions. No refund for non-sightings.
- Throwing garbage on trails or campsite area is strictly prohibited.
- Playing loud music in mountains, forest areas, or villages is not allowed.
- Trek Leader’s decision in any situation will be final.
- Misbehaviour may lead to trip termination without refund.
- Medical emergencies or treatment costs shall be borne by participant.
- Alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
- Organisers reserve the right to change itinerary for safety or operational reasons.
