DAY 1 – Pune → Tamhini → Murud Janjira → Nagaon

• 07:30 AM – Pali Ashtavinayak Temple Darshan

Rules and Regulations

• Your booking is confirmed only after full payment of the trip fees.

• Your payment indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms & conditions of Adventure Club Pune.

• Seat allocation in the vehicle is strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis at pickup time and remains the same for the entire journey.

• Adventure Club Pune does not reserve or pre-block seats for any participant.

• Any disputes or arguments regarding seating arrangement will lead to removal of all involved participants without refund.

• Room allocation will be done gender-wise. Groups of 3–5 may get a separate room only if informed in advance and subject to availability.

• The first two seats are reserved for leaders for route guidance and operational coordination.

• Participants must carry personal valuables, wallets, cameras, and electronics at their own risk. Adventure Club Pune is not responsible for loss/damage.

• A WhatsApp group will be created 6–12 hours before departure. Participants must ensure they are added, as it contains essential updates, pickup details, and instructions.

• Pickup points are fixed as per the itinerary. Unsanctioned pickup requests will not be accepted unless approved in the WhatsApp group by the team.

• The trip will run as per schedule. Extra leisure time cannot be provided. If a participant delays or wanders off, the group will proceed without them.

• Food and stay are arranged as per the nature of backpacking/adventure travel; luxury expectations should be avoided.

• Our tours are designed to be budget-friendly and experience-oriented, not luxury-focused.

• Complimentary adventure activities (if any) are subject to weather and government permissions. If cancelled, no refund will be provided.

• Participants must follow the instructions of the tour leader at all times regarding safety, timings, and discipline.

• Any misbehaviour, arguments, harassment, or disturbance towards co-travellers, locals, or staff will lead to immediate removal without refund.

• Participants with medical conditions must inform the team in advance. Adventure Club Pune is not responsible for any medical issues arising during the trip.

• All expenses related to medical emergencies, evacuation, or hospitalisation must be borne by the participant.

• Littering, damaging property, or harming the environment is strictly prohibited and may lead to fines or removal from the tour.

• Adventure Club Pune is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by traffic, weather conditions, strikes, government rules, or any unforeseen circumstances.

• Minimum 12 participants are required for the tour. If the batch size is not met, Adventure Club Pune may cancel, reschedule, or shift the tour, with full refund provided if required.

• Seat changes during the trip will not be entertained unless mutually agreed among participants themselves without affecting operations.
