Itinerary

Day 1:

• 5:00 AM: Departure from Pune

• 8:30 AM: Reach Panchgani – breakfast en route

• 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Explore Table Land, Parsi Point, Sydney Point

• 12:30 PM: Visit Mapro Garden – strawberry & chocolate tasting

• 2:00 PM: Lunch at local restaurant

• 3:30 PM: Visit Old Mahabaleshwar Temple & Panchganga Temple

• 5:00 PM: Explore Arthur Seat & Kate’s Point

• 6:30 PM: Check-in at AC resort/hotel – leisure evening

• Dinner on your own (multiple local options nearby)

• Overnight stay at Mahabaleshwar

Day 2:

• 7:00 AM: Breakfast with hill view

• 8:00 AM: Visit Elephant’s Head Point & Wilson Point (sunrise view)

• 10:30 AM: Boating at Venna Lake (optional)

• 12:30 PM: Lunch at local restaurant

• 2:00 PM: Shopping at Mahabaleshwar Market – local syrups, chikki, jams

• 4:00 PM: Visit Lingmala Waterfall (seasonal flow till Jan)

• 5:30 PM: Depart from Mahabaleshwar

• 9:00 PM: Reach Pune (approx. arrival time)

Things to Carry

• Small backpack/rucksack (avoid trolley bags)

• Government ID proof (Aadhaar card / Driving License)

• Comfortable clothing (light cotton wear for daytime, a light jacket/shawl for the bus journey)

• 2–3 sets of extra clothes (including quick-dry wear for water sports)

• Towel, napkin, and a small plastic bag for wet clothes

• Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, face wash, deodorant, sanitary items, etc.)

• Water bottle (minimum 2 liters, reusable preferred)

• Light snacks (dry fruits, energy bars, biscuits, chocolates)

• Personal medicines (if any, with doctor’s prescription if needed)

• Mobile phone with charger & power bank

Rules and Regulations

• Alcohol, smoking, and drugs are strictly prohibited. Participants found under the influence will be removed from the activity without refund.

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Adventure Club Pune will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

• Follow trek leader instructions at all times. Decisions taken by the leader are final and binding for safety and group discipline.

• Medical fitness is the responsibility of participants. If you are on medication or have a health condition, please inform us in advance and carry your prescribed medicines.

• Adventure Club Pune is not liable for injuries, illness, or accidental death arising during treks, tours, or water/land activities due to natural or unforeseen circumstances.

• Travel and itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or local authority orders. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

• No refunds on cancellations once booking is confirmed.

• Littering is strictly prohibited. Help us keep nature clean by carrying your waste back.

• No valuables, ornaments, or jewelry allowed. The company is not responsible for loss/damage of personal belongings.

• Misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated. Any participant causing nuisance, distress, or harm to others may be expelled from the trip without compensation.
