- Fireflies are natural seasonal phenomena and sightings cannot be guaranteed.
- No refund shall be provided for fewer or non-sightings.
- Tent stay arrangements are basic nature-camp style facilities and should not be considered luxury accommodation.
- Participants are advised to download offline maps due to network limitations around Bhandardara.
- We have 2 campsites in Bhandardara, when first one sold out, next bookings will be in campsite 2.
- Transport package batches require a minimum of 12 participants for confirmation; if not achieved, participants will be offered an alternative trip with fare adjustment, rescheduling option, or full refund.
- The itinerary may change due to weather, traffic, operational requirements, or safety reasons.
