Itinerary

Day 1: Harihareshwar & Diveagar

• 05:00 AM: Departure from Pune.
• 08:00 AM: Breakfast en route.
• 11:00 AM: Reach Harihareshwar for temple darshan and beach time.
• 01:00 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant.
• 02:30 PM: Proceed towards Diveagar Beach.
• 04:30 PM: Check-in at resort/homestay.
• 05:30 PM: Explore Diveagar Beach, enjoy sunset and photography.
• 08:00 PM: Free time for dinner at own cost.
• Overnight stay at Diveagar.

Day 2: Diveagar & Return To Pune

• 07:30 AM: Breakfast at the stay.
• 08:30 AM: Optional beach games / watersports at own cost.
• 10:30 AM: Visit Suvarna Ganesh Temple.
• 12:30 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant.
• 02:00 PM: Start return journey towards Pune.
• 09:30 PM: Expected arrival in Pune.

• Temple darshan is subject to temple timings, local rules, crowd conditions, and applicable restrictions.
• Watersports and beach activities are optional and available at additional cost.
• Participants choosing watersports must follow instructions provided by the local activity operator.
• Accommodation will be provided on triple-sharing basis as per the confirmed booking.
• Twin-sharing room upgrade is available at an additional ₹700 per person.
• Dinner on both days is not included and must be managed by participants at their own cost.
• Participants should maintain punctuality at all sightseeing and departure points.
• The itinerary may be modified due to weather, traffic, road conditions, local restrictions, or operational requirements.

Safety & Risk Awareness

• Participants must follow instructions given by the tour leader, driver, local staff, and activity operators.
• Beach activities and watersports involve inherent risks and are undertaken voluntarily.
• Participants should not enter the sea beyond permitted or designated areas.
• Swimming or entering the water is subject to weather, sea conditions, local restrictions, and operator instructions.
• Personal belongings and valuables remain the participant's responsibility.
• Medical and emergency expenses are the participant's responsibility.

Rules And Regulations

• Any misconduct, harassment, argument, or behavior causing inconvenience to fellow participants or staff may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
• Adventure Club Pune provides basic first-aid support, but medical treatment, evacuation, or emergency transportation expenses shall be borne by the participant.
• Participants are advised not to carry expensive ornaments, unnecessary cash, or valuables. Adventure Club Pune shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Travel and medical insurance are mandatory for all participants and should remain valid for the duration of the trip.
• The booking amount is non-refundable if a participant cancels for any reason, including personal or medical circumstances.
• Every event operates with a minimum of 12 confirmed participants. If the minimum number is not achieved, an alternate trek, rescheduling, or full refund may be offered depending on the situation.
• Meals provided during the event will be simple, freshly prepared, vegetarian meals as mentioned in the itinerary.
• A dedicated WhatsApp coordination group may be created before departure for updates, pickup information, and on-ground communication.
• Pickup points and timings may be changed due to traffic, vehicle issues, or operational requirements. Participants will be informed whenever possible.
• The itinerary may be changed due to weather conditions, roadblocks, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• By registering for the event, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable terms and conditions of Adventure Club Pune.

Health & Fitness Declaration

• Participants should be physically fit for walking, sightseeing, beach activities, and optional watersports.
• Participants must carry their prescribed personal medicines.
• Any medical, mobility, allergy, or dietary requirement should be communicated before departure.
• Participants voluntarily confirm that they are fit to participate in the tour.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

By booking and participating in the tour, the participant confirms that they have understood the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, optional activities, and applicable safety instructions.

Participation in optional watersports and other adventure activities is voluntary and subject to the participant's own assessment, applicable restrictions, and local operator instructions.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. Any medical treatment, hospitalization, emergency transportation, or related expense during the tour shall be the participant's responsibility unless specifically covered by their insurance.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

The tour is subject to weather, sea conditions, heavy rainfall, traffic, road closures, temple restrictions, local authority instructions, natural events, and other circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control.

Adventure Club Pune may change the route, timing, activity, sightseeing location, or itinerary when reasonably required for participant safety and smooth operation.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• Booking is confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance/payment.
• Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to applicable booking and supplier terms.
• Accommodation, transportation, activity, and other supplier charges may be non-refundable once confirmed.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and applicable fare differences or supplier charges.
• Any changes requested by participants may attract additional charges.
