• Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received; unpaid bookings hold no validity.

• Payment confirmation implies acceptance of all rules, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and terms of Adventure Club Pune.

• Adventure Club Pune acts solely as an event organiser and coordinator, not as an insurer or guarantor of participant safety.

• Participants join the event entirely at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety, health, and belongings.

• Adventure Club Pune, its team, campsite partners, drivers, vendors, or property owners are not liable for injury, illness, accident, loss, or death.

• Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants beyond permitted limits or outside campsite rules will result in immediate removal without refund.

• Misbehaviour, harassment, arguments, or actions disturbing others or staff will lead to termination from the event without refund.

• Littering, damaging property, or harming nature will attract penalties and possible legal action; participants must carry back their waste.

• Adventure Club Pune is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of valuables including phones, wallets, jewellery, or cameras.

• The itinerary is time-bound and non-flexible; Adventure Club Pune will not wait for delayed participants.

• Campsite facilities are outdoor and nature-based; luxury amenities should not be expected.

• Bonfire, music, BBQ, or activities are subject to weather conditions, local permissions, and campsite policies.

• Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event due to weather, safety, or unforeseen conditions.

• No refunds are applicable for delays, absence, activity closures, or government restrictions beyond organiser control.

• Cancellation by participant results in forfeiture of booking amount as per published cancellation policy.

• By joining the event, participants confirm they are medically fit and disclose any existing health conditions in advance.

• Travel and medical insurance, if applicable, is the participant’s responsibility unless explicitly included.

• Adventure Club Pune’s decision in all operational, safety, and coordination matters shall be final and binding.
