This is a high-altitude pilgrimage involving long drives and difficult treks. Good physical fitness is mandatory.
Participants with asthma, heart issues, severe knee pain, BP problems, or other medical concerns should consult a doctor before joining.
Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited during the entire trip.
Maintain punctuality for departures, meals, treks, and check-ins. Delays affect the whole group.
Respect all temple traditions, local customs, and spiritual locations. Dress modestly at pilgrimage sites.
Avoid littering. Use dustbins or carry back personal waste. Help protect Himalayan ecology.
Weather conditions, landslides, snowfall, road closures, permit restrictions, or natural causes may result in route changes without prior notice.
In remote areas, accommodation may be simple and basic. Participants are requested to cooperate.
