• Please report at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• The bus will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at each pickup point.
• Seating will be allotted on a First-Come, First-Served basis.
• Hotel accommodation will be provided on Triple / Quad Sharing basis.
• Temple darshan is subject to temple rules, crowd conditions, darshan availability and operational restrictions.
• Participants should follow the instructions of the Trip Leader throughout the journey.
• Carry valid government-issued photo identification.
• Participants should carry their personal medicines and essential belongings.
• Maintain cleanliness and respect the religious and cultural significance of all visited locations.

Safety & Risk Awareness

This is a multi-day pilgrimage and road journey involving long-distance bus travel, walking, temple visits, crowded public areas, riverfront locations and changing weather conditions.

Participants should remain alert in crowded areas and take care of their personal belongings.

Participants must follow instructions from the Trip Leader and local support team, particularly at temples, ghats, bridges, boating areas and other crowded locations.

Adventure Club Pune shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

Any personal medical treatment, medication, hospitalization or emergency expenses shall be borne by the participant.

Special Safety Advisory

Participants must exercise additional caution at:

• Riverfront and ghat areas
• Bridges and elevated viewpoints
• Crowded temple premises
• Boating locations
• Busy markets
• During night-time travel

Participants must not cross barricades, enter restricted areas or attempt unsafe photography.

Boating, where applicable, will be subject to local availability, weather conditions and operational safety requirements.

Rules And Regulations

• Alcohol, smoking and consumption of intoxicants are strictly prohibited during the tour and travel.
• Participants must follow instructions given by the Trip Leader and local support team.
• The Trip Leader's decision regarding itinerary management and operational matters will be final and binding.
• Participants must maintain discipline during the entire journey.
• Any form of misconduct, harassment, fighting or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Loud music or activities causing disturbance to other travellers, local residents or religious places are not permitted.
• Every event operates with a minimum of 12 confirmed participants; if this number is not met, we may offer an alternate trek, reschedule to the next available batch, or provide a full refund as per the situation.
• Participants must respect temples, religious places, local culture and traditions.
• Do not litter or damage public, religious or heritage property.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Any medical, emergency or hospitalization expenses shall be borne by the participant.
• Participants should cooperate with the Trip Leader during all sightseeing and travel activities.

Health & Fitness Declaration

Participants confirm that they are voluntarily participating in a multi-day pilgrimage and travel experience involving long-distance road travel, walking, temple visits and sightseeing.

Participants should be physically fit to undertake the journey and must disclose any relevant medical condition, injury, allergy or medication requirement that may affect their participation or safety.

Participants are responsible for carrying their required personal medicines.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

Travel, road transportation, walking, sightseeing, temple visits, boating and other activities included in or associated with the tour involve inherent risks including traffic-related incidents, falls, physical exhaustion, illness, changing weather, crowded public areas, natural hazards and other unforeseen circumstances.

By booking the tour, participants voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with the journey and agree to follow the safety instructions provided by Adventure Club Pune, the Trip Leader and local support teams.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate personal travel and medical/accident insurance for the duration of the journey.

Adventure Club Pune does not provide individual medical or accident insurance unless specifically mentioned under the package inclusions.

Any medical treatment, hospitalization, medication, ambulance or emergency expenses shall be borne by the participant.

Adventure Club Pune may modify, reroute, postpone or adjust the itinerary when required due to safety, operational or unavoidable circumstances.

In case of heavy crowds, traffic delays, weather conditions or time constraints, 1–2 sightseeing points may be skipped or modified to maintain the overall trip schedule.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Once the booking/payment is confirmed, the amount will be non-refundable, subject to the applicable Adventure Club Pune Terms & Conditions.
