Train Ticket & Booking Advisory

Important Railway Booking Policy

Train tickets are subject to availability and confirmation by Indian Railways / IRCTC. Adventure Club Pune does not have control over ticket availability, confirmation status, RAC, waiting list, train cancellation, quota availability or railway operational changes.

• The tour batch is planned subject to availability of suitable train tickets.
• If required train tickets are not available or cannot be confirmed, Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the batch.
• Where feasible, an alternate train or travel arrangement may be explored.
• A bus / private vehicle arrangement may be offered as an alternative, subject to availability and additional charges.
• Bus or private transportation will be arranged only if participants are interested and the additional cost is accepted.
• Any additional transportation cost arising due to an alternate travel arrangement shall be payable separately by the participant.
• Train delays or cancellations may affect the sightseeing schedule. No refund shall be applicable for sightseeing that cannot be covered due to railway delays or operational issues.
• Participants must board and deboard the train only at the designated stations and follow instructions provided by the tour coordinator.

Safety & Risk Awareness

Participant safety is the highest priority at Adventure Club Pune. The Tirupati Spiritual Tour involves train travel, road transportation, temple visits, crowded public areas, walking, and group sightseeing.

Participants may encounter crowded railway stations, long temple queues, road traffic, uneven walking surfaces, hot or humid weather, and extended periods of walking or standing.

Participants must remain with the group wherever instructed and follow the directions of the tour coordinator, local representative, driver and temple authorities.

Safety and operational decisions taken by the tour coordinator in the interest of the group shall be final.

Temple & Pilgrimage Guidelines

• Maintain proper discipline and respect the religious significance of all temples and pilgrimage sites.
• Wear appropriate and modest clothing while visiting temples.
• Follow temple-specific dress codes and security procedures.
• Photography, videography and mobile phone usage may be restricted inside temple premises.
• Do not carry prohibited items inside temple premises.
• Follow queue systems and do not attempt to bypass or disturb other devotees.
• Respect local customs, traditions, priests, temple staff and fellow pilgrims.
• Do not litter inside or around religious places.
• Do not make loud noises, play music or disturb the peaceful atmosphere of pilgrimage sites.
• Darshan timings and temple access are subject to local temple administration and cannot be guaranteed by the organizer.

Rules & Regulations

• Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited during the tour.
• Any participant found under the influence may be removed from the tour without refund.
• Participants must maintain discipline during train journeys, hotel stays, temple visits and sightseeing.
• Participants must follow instructions given by the tour coordinator and local representatives.
• The tour coordinator's decision regarding group movement, safety and operational arrangements shall be final.
• Participants must not create disturbances, arguments or inconvenience to fellow travellers, hotel guests, railway passengers or local residents.
• Loud music, shouting or disruptive behaviour is not permitted during the journey or at accommodation facilities.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, mobile phones, wallets, jewellery and important documents.
• Adventure Club Pune shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
• Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicle property, railway property or other public/private property will be chargeable to the concerned participant.
• Participants must maintain cleanliness in trains, vehicles, hotels and sightseeing locations.
• Minimum 12 confirmed participants are required for batch confirmation. If the minimum number is not achieved, Adventure Club Pune may offer an alternate date, reschedule the batch, or provide a refund as applicable.
• A WhatsApp coordination group may be created before departure for sharing train details, boarding information, updates and coordination.
• Boarding points, reporting times, train schedules, hotel arrangements and transportation may change due to operational requirements.
• Participants must not leave the group without informing the tour coordinator.
• Any participant leaving the group or itinerary voluntarily will be responsible for their own transportation and expenses.
• By registering for this tour, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to the applicable Adventure Club Pune Terms & Conditions.

Health & Fitness Declaration

By registering for this spiritual tour, participants confirm that:

• They are voluntarily participating in the tour.
• They are physically fit for train travel, road travel, temple visits and walking.
• They will disclose any relevant medical condition, allergy, injury or medication requirement before the tour.
• Senior citizens and participants with mobility concerns should inform Adventure Club Pune before booking.
• Participants should carry sufficient personal medicines for the entire duration of the tour.

Participant Consent & Assumption of Responsibility

Participation in this spiritual tour is voluntary.

The tour involves train journeys, road transportation, hotel accommodation, temple visits, crowded public areas and walking. Participants acknowledge that these activities may involve normal travel-related risks including:

• Crowded railway stations and temples
• Long waiting periods
• Road traffic and transportation delays
• Slips, falls or minor injuries
• Weather-related discomfort
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Medical emergencies

Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by the tour coordinator, railway authorities, drivers, hotel staff and temple authorities.

Travel & Medical Insurance

• Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain suitable travel and medical insurance before joining the tour.
• Unless specifically mentioned under inclusions, Adventure Club Pune does not provide individual insurance coverage.
• Any medical treatment, hospitalization, transportation or emergency expenses shall be borne by the participant and/or their insurer.
• Participants should carry their prescribed medicines and relevant medical documents if required.

Train Delay, Cancellation & Operational Changes

Train travel is dependent on Indian Railways and is outside the direct control of Adventure Club Pune.

The itinerary may be changed due to:

• Waiting List / RAC Status
• Railway Route Changes
• Platform Changes
• Train Rescheduling
• Traffic Conditions
• Temple Restrictions
• Weather Conditions
• Government / Railway Regulations
• Local Operational Issues
• Any Other Unavoidable Circumstances

If confirmed train tickets are not available for the planned batch, Adventure Club Pune may cancel or reschedule the batch. Alternatively, a bus or private transportation option may be offered if participants are interested, subject to additional charges and availability.

The organizer's operational decision in such circumstances shall be final.
