Nepal travel may involve changing weather, mountain roads, traffic congestion, uneven walking surfaces, crowded religious sites and varying local conditions.

Participants are requested to follow the instructions of the tour coordinator and local representative throughout the journey. Safety and operational decisions taken by the tour coordinator in unavoidable circumstances shall be final.

Rules & Regulations

• Consumption of alcohol, smoking or intoxicating substances during sightseeing activities is discouraged and may be restricted at religious and heritage locations.

• Participants must respect Nepal's local culture, religious traditions, heritage sites and local communities.

• Appropriate and modest clothing should be worn while visiting temples and religious places.

• Photography restrictions at temples and heritage sites must be followed.

• Littering is strictly prohibited.

• Participants must follow instructions provided by the tour coordinator and local representatives.

• Any misconduct, harassment, abusive behaviour or activity affecting the safety or comfort of other participants may result in removal from the tour without refund.

• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, passports, cash, jewellery and electronic equipment.

• Any damage caused to hotel, vehicle, heritage or local property will be chargeable.

• Any expenses related to medical treatment, hospitalization, evacuation, transportation, insurance claims or personal emergencies shall be borne by the participant and/or their insurer.

Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to modify, postpone, reroute, reschedule or cancel any part of the itinerary in the interest of participant safety.
