Day 0: Departure

• 09:00 PM – Sassoon Hospital, Pune Station

• 09:30 PM – JM Corner, Shivaji Nagar

• 10:00 PM – Nashik Phata, PCMC

Tip: Take a bath before leaving for smooth darshan next morning.

Day 1:

• 9:00 PM: Departure from Pune

• 5:00 AM: Reach Ajanta Caves – Freshen up, breakfast

• 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Explore Ajanta Caves (UNESCO site)

• 12:30 PM: Depart to Sambhajinagar, lunch en route

• 3:00 PM: Visit Bibi Ka Maqbara (Mini Taj Mahal)

• 4:30 PM: Visit Panchakki (Ancient Water Mill)

• 6:00 PM: Check-in to hotel/lodge – rest & leisure

• Dinner on your own (local restaurants nearby)

• Overnight stay at Sambhajinagar

Day 2:

• 6:30 AM: Breakfast at hotel

• 7:30 AM: Depart for Ellora Caves

• 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Explore Ellora Caves (Kailasa Temple highlight)

• 12:00 PM: Visit Ghrishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple

• 1:00 PM: Visit Bhadra Maruti Temple, Khuldabad

• 2:30 PM: Lunch en route

• 3:30 PM: Optional stop at Daulatabad Fort

• 4:30 PM: Depart for Pune

• However, the company will not be liable for injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents, including accidental death.

• By confirming your booking, you agree to all terms and conditions stated below :

• Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis at pickup and will remain the same throughout the trip. The first two seats are reserved for leaders. We do not reserve seats for anyone. Any disputes regarding seating may lead to dismissal without refund.

• Stay: Room allocation will be based on gender. Groups (3–5 pax) may request a separate room in advance, subject to availability.

• Safety & Responsibility: Carry personal valuables (e.g., cameras, gadgets) at your own risk.

• Coordination: A WhatsApp group will be created one day before departure for all important details (pickup points, instructions, things to carry). Ensure you are added to the group. Pickup points are fixed and non-negotiable.

• Schedule: Trips run as per the planned itinerary. Extra leisure time will not be accommodated. The team may continue without participants who delay.

• Food & Stay: Arrangements are basic/backpacking style. Please do not expect luxury.

• Activities: Complimentary activities (e.g., cliff jumping) are subject to government regulations. No refunds if activities are cancelled.

• Batch Size: A minimum of 12 participants is required. We reserves the right to cancel if the minimum is not met.

• Unforeseen Changes: Timings and itineraries may change due to weather, natural or man-made conditions. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
