• Follow the tour leader’s instructions at all times for safety & coordination.

• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings & gadgets.

• Watersports are subject to weather & operator safety approvals.

• Any misconduct or non-cooperation may lead to removal from trip without refund.

• Medical, rescue, or emergency expenses are to be borne by the participant.

• ACP may change pickup points/timings due to operational reasons.

• Itinerary may change due to weather, traffic, or safety concerns.

• Travel/medical insurance is recommended for all participants.

• Booking amount is non-refundable if cancelled by participant.

• Minimum 12 participants required; otherwise rescheduling/refund applies.
