Itinerary

DAY 1 – Arrival At Port Blair | Cellular Jail | Light & Sound Show

• Arrival at Port Blair Airport.

• Meet the tour representative and receive airport pickup assistance.

• Transfer to the hotel and complete check-in formalities.

• Freshen up and relax after the journey.

• Visit the historic Cellular Jail.

• Explore the Cellular Jail and learn about its historical significance in India's freedom struggle.

• Evening: Attend the famous Cellular Jail Light & Sound Show, subject to ticket availability and show schedule.

• Return to the hotel after the show.

• Dinner at the hotel.

• Overnight stay in Port Blair.

DAY 2 – Port Blair → Havelock Island | Elephanta Beach | Radhanagar Beach

• After breakfast: Check out from the hotel and proceed towards the cruise terminal.

• Board the private cruise from Port Blair towards Havelock Island.

• Enjoy the scenic sea journey towards Havelock.

• Arrive at Havelock Island and transfer to the sightseeing vehicle.

• Proceed towards Elephanta Beach by boat.

• Enjoy the beautiful beach surroundings and island landscape.

• Optional water activities at Elephanta Beach may be available at additional cost, subject to weather and operational conditions.

• Return from Elephanta Beach and proceed towards Radhanagar Beach.

• Visit Radhanagar Beach and enjoy the scenic surroundings.

DAY 3 – Havelock → Neil Island | Bharatpur Beach | Natural Rock Formation | Laxmanpur Beach

DAY 4 – Neil Island → Port Blair | Corbyn's Cove Beach

• The above timings and sightseeing sequence are approximate and may vary depending on cruise schedules, weather conditions, sea conditions, local regulations, traffic, attraction timings and other operational circumstances.
• Private cruise transfers are subject to cruise availability, weather conditions, sea conditions and applicable operating schedules.
• Access to beaches, water activities and other attractions may be restricted or modified due to weather, sea conditions, government/local authority instructions or safety considerations.
• The decision of the Tour Manager regarding route selection, activity participation, timing adjustments and overall safety management shall be final and binding for all participants.

Safety & Risk Awareness

• Island travel and sea transportation involve inherent risks associated with changing weather and sea conditions.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the cruise operator and tour manager.
• Do not enter restricted beach or water areas.
• Water activities should only be undertaken through authorized operators and according to their safety instructions.
• Participants must not swim in unsafe or restricted areas.
• Maintain a safe distance from rocky formations and coastal edges.
• Participants should remain with the group during sightseeing and transfers.
• Any medical treatment, hospitalization, emergency evacuation or related expenses not specifically included in the package shall be borne by the participant.

Rules And Regulations

• Alcohol, smoking and intoxicating substances are prohibited during activities and wherever restricted by local regulations.
• Participants must maintain discipline throughout the tour.
• Respect local communities, beaches, wildlife, historical sites and the natural environment.
• Do not litter beaches, roads, forests, water bodies or tourist attractions.
• Do not damage coral, marine life, rocks, historical structures or natural formations.
• Loud music or behaviour disturbing other visitors is not permitted.
• Follow the instructions of the Tour Manager, local guide, cruise operator and driver.
• Adventure Club Pune is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
• Participants are responsible for their personal documents, valuables, luggage and travel tickets.
• Any violation of local laws or tourism regulations will be the participant's responsibility.
• The Tour Manager's decision regarding itinerary adjustments, safety and group coordination shall be final.
• A WhatsApp coordination group may be created before departure for final travel instructions and updates.
• Every event operates with a minimum of 12 confirmed participants; if this number is not met, we may offer an alternate trek, reschedule to the next available batch, or provide a full refund as per the situation.

Health & Fitness Declaration

Participants confirm that they are voluntarily participating in the Andaman Islands Tour and are physically capable of travelling, walking during sightseeing and participating in normal outdoor and beach activities.

Participants must disclose any relevant medical condition, allergy, injury or medication requirement that may affect their participation.

Participants with medical conditions affected by sea travel, boat journeys, heat or outdoor activities should consult a qualified medical professional before travelling.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

Island travel, cruise transportation, beach visits, sightseeing and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including slips and falls, sea-related hazards, weather conditions, illness, transportation-related incidents, property damage and, in extreme circumstances, serious injury or death.

By participating, the participant voluntarily accepts these inherent risks and agrees to follow the instructions of the Adventure Club Pune Tour Manager, local guides, cruise operators and drivers.

Adventure Club Pune and its affiliates shall not be responsible for incidents arising from natural hazards, participant negligence, failure to follow instructions, weather or sea conditions, third parties or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Personal travel, medical and accident insurance is strongly encouraged for all participants.

Participants are responsible for arranging suitable insurance covering the duration of their Andaman Islands trip, including flight travel and activities not included in the package.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

The tour itinerary may be modified, postponed, rerouted, rescheduled or cancelled when required for participant safety or due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Adventure Club Pune.

The final decision regarding itinerary changes, cruise transfers, sightseeing modifications or cancellation for safety reasons will rest with Adventure Club Pune and the Tour Manager.

• They agree to the applicable Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
• They accept the Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk terms.
