Itinerary

Day 1: Dehradun To Joshimath

• Start early from Dehradun for Joshimath.

• Drive through Rishikesh, Devprayag, Srinagar and Rudraprayag.

• Enjoy scenic Himalayan valleys and mountain landscapes en route.

• Reach Joshimath and check in to the hotel.

• Evening free for leisure and relaxation.

• Dinner and overnight stay at Joshimath.

Day 2: Joshimath To Auli And Back

• After breakfast, proceed towards Auli.

• Explore Auli and enjoy panoramic Himalayan mountain views.

• Optional activities such as ropeway ride, seasonal skiing or Gorson Bugyal hike may be enjoyed at additional cost and subject to weather, time and operating conditions.

• Return to Joshimath by evening.

• Dinner and overnight stay at Joshimath.

Day 3: Joshimath To Dehradun

• After breakfast, visit Narsingh Temple in Joshimath.

• Check out from the hotel and begin the return journey.

• Drive back towards Dehradun through the scenic Himalayan route.

• Tour concludes upon arrival in Dehradun.

Safety & Risk Awareness

• Mountain travel involves winding roads, steep terrain, changing weather and unpredictable road conditions.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the tour coordinator, driver or local authorities.
• Do not approach restricted, unstable or unsafe areas for photography or sightseeing.
• Adventure activities must only be undertaken through authorized operators and as per applicable safety instructions.
• Participants are responsible for carrying and taking their prescribed personal medicines.
• Medical, hospitalization, evacuation and other emergency expenses shall be borne by the participant.

Rules And Regulations

• Minimum Group Requirement: Every tour/event operates with a minimum requirement of 12 confirmed participants. If the minimum number is not achieved, Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to offer an alternate itinerary, reschedule the booking to the next available batch, or provide a full refund, as applicable.
• Valid government photo ID is mandatory for all participants.
• Participants must report at the designated pickup point on time.
• The vehicle may proceed as per the scheduled departure time in case of participant delay.
• All participants must follow local government, forest, tourism, security and authority regulations.
• Access to restricted or protected areas is subject to applicable permissions and local conditions.
• The decision of the tour coordinator/driver regarding route, timing, vehicle movement and safety shall be final and binding.
• Alcohol, smoking, intoxicants, abusive behaviour, harassment or serious indiscipline are not permitted where they affect safety or tour operations.
• Littering, damage to hotel property, vehicle property or local surroundings is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused due to participant negligence may be recovered from the concerned participant.
• Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• A participant who refuses reasonable safety instructions or creates a safety risk may be restricted from participating in an activity or removed from the tour, subject to applicable circumstances.
• Participant safety shall remain the primary consideration. Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to modify the route, schedule, sightseeing points or activities whenever reasonably required for safety, security or smooth operation of the tour.

Health & Fitness Declaration

• Participants should be physically fit enough for long road journeys and walking during sightseeing.
• Participants must disclose relevant medical or physical limitations to the tour coordinator where necessary for safe participation.
• Participants are responsible for carrying their required personal medication.
• Participation in optional adventure activities should be based on individual health, fitness and applicable operator requirements.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

By booking or participating in the tour, the participant confirms that they understand the nature of mountain travel and sightseeing and voluntarily accept the normal risks associated with road travel, walking, changing weather, mountain terrain and optional adventure activities.

Participants agree to follow the instructions of Adventure Club Pune representatives, drivers, local authorities and authorized activity operators and understand that routes, activities and sightseeing may be changed or restricted for safety or operational reasons.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. Any medical treatment, hospitalization, emergency evacuation, ambulance, medication or other personal medical expense shall be the responsibility of the participant unless specifically covered by an applicable insurance policy.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

Mountain weather and road conditions can change unexpectedly. Heavy rain, snowfall, landslides, road closures, traffic restrictions, natural disasters, government orders, strikes, vehicle issues or other circumstances beyond reasonable operational control may result in delays, route changes, cancellation of sightseeing or rescheduling.

Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the itinerary when reasonably necessary for participant safety or operational reasons.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellation, refund and rescheduling will be governed by the applicable Adventure Club Pune booking terms and conditions. Participants are requested to review the complete policy before confirming their booking.
