Day 1: Arrival In Bali – Ubud

• Arrive at Denpasar International Airport, Bali.

• Meet and greet by the local representative.

Day 2: Ubud – River Rafting & Bali Swing

• Do not participate in activities while under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.

• Weather and sea conditions may result in modification, postponement or cancellation of water-based activities.

• Personal belongings carried during activities remain the participant's responsibility.

• Medical treatment, hospitalization and emergency evacuation expenses are the participant's responsibility unless covered by applicable insurance.

Rules And Regulations

• Valid passport and required travel documents are mandatory.

• Minimum Group Requirement: Every tour/event operates with a minimum requirement of 12 confirmed participants. If the minimum number is not achieved, Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to offer an alternate itinerary, reschedule the booking to the next available batch, or provide a full refund, as applicable.

• Participants must comply with immigration, airport, visa, tourism, local authority and activity operator regulations.

• All participants must report for transfers and activities at the designated time.

• Delays caused by participants may result in missed transfers or activities and shall be the participant's responsibility.

• The tour coordinator, driver and authorized activity operator may restrict participation in an activity if safety requirements are not met.

• Alcohol, smoking, intoxicants, abusive behaviour, harassment or serious indiscipline are not permitted where they affect safety or tour operations.

• Participants must respect local culture, religious places, communities and environmental regulations.

• Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles or activity equipment due to participant negligence may be chargeable.

• Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the participant.

• The decision of the tour coordinator or authorized activity operator regarding safety, activity participation and operational arrangements shall be final and binding.

• Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to modify the itinerary, activities, transfers or sightseeing whenever reasonably required due to safety, weather, operational or local conditions.

Health & Fitness Declaration

• Participants should be physically fit for the planned sightseeing and optional adventure activities.

• Rafting and water sports require participants to follow the applicable operator's safety and fitness requirements.

• Participants must carry their required personal medication.

• Any relevant medical condition or physical limitation that may affect participation should be disclosed to the appropriate activity operator where necessary.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

By booking or participating in the Bali tour, the participant confirms that they understand the nature of international travel, sightseeing and optional adventure activities and voluntarily accept the normal risks associated with transportation, water sports, rafting, weather conditions and other activities included or selected during the tour.

Participants agree to follow the instructions of the tour coordinator, drivers, local representatives, activity operators and authorities throughout the trip.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. The package does not include travel insurance. Any medical treatment, hospitalization, emergency evacuation, ambulance, medication, baggage loss or other personal expense shall be the participant's responsibility unless covered by an applicable insurance policy.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

Flight schedules, weather, sea conditions, activity operations, local restrictions, government regulations, natural events, strikes, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond reasonable operational control may affect the itinerary.

Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to modify, postpone, replace or cancel an activity, sightseeing point, transfer or part of the itinerary when reasonably necessary for safety, security or operational reasons. Additional costs arising from such circumstances, where applicable, shall be borne by the participant unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of the applicable payment and confirmation of airline, hotel and other travel services.

• Cancellation charges shall be applicable as per the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, activity providers and other suppliers involved in the booking.

• Airfare, visa, activity, hotel and other supplier charges may be non-refundable depending on the booking conditions.

• TCS and other statutory charges, once applicable or deposited, may not be refundable except as permitted under applicable rules.

• Date changes and rescheduling are subject to airline, hotel and supplier availability and applicable charges.

• No refund shall be applicable for voluntarily unused services, meals, transfers, sightseeing or activities.
