Day 1: Arrive In Ubud

• Arrive in Bali and meet the local representative.

Day 2: White Water Rafting – Bali Swing – Ubud Market

• Visit Ubud Market for free time and shopping.

Safety & Risk Awareness

• Rafting, snorkeling and water sports involve inherent activity-related risks.

• Participants must follow the instructions of authorized activity operators and guides.

• Participants should inform the activity operator of any relevant medical or physical limitation before participating.

• Do not participate in adventure or water activities while under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.

• Sea, weather and river conditions may result in modification, postponement or cancellation of activities.

• Personal belongings carried during activities remain the participant's responsibility.

• Medical treatment, hospitalization and emergency evacuation expenses are the participant's responsibility unless covered by applicable insurance.

Rules And Regulations

• Valid passport and required travel documents are mandatory for international travel.

• Participants must comply with immigration, airport, tourism, local authority and activity operator regulations.

• Minimum Group Requirement: Every tour/event operates with a minimum requirement of 12 confirmed participants. If the minimum number is not achieved, Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to offer an alternate itinerary, reschedule the booking to the next available batch, or provide a full refund, as applicable.

• All participants must report at the designated time for transfers and activities.

• Participant-caused delays may result in missed transfers or activities and shall be the participant's responsibility.

• The instructions of the tour coordinator, driver, local representative and authorized activity operator must be followed at all times.

• Alcohol, smoking, intoxicants, abusive behaviour, harassment or serious indiscipline are not permitted where they affect safety or tour operations.

• Participants must respect local culture, religious places, communities and environmental regulations.

• Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles or activity equipment due to participant negligence may be chargeable.

• Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the participant.

• The decision of the authorized activity operator regarding activity participation and safety shall be final and binding.

• Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to modify the route, schedule, sightseeing or activities whenever reasonably required for safety, security or operational reasons.

Health & Fitness Declaration

• Participants should be physically fit for sightseeing and the included adventure activities.

• Rafting, snorkeling and water sports require participants to follow the applicable operator's safety and fitness requirements.

• Participants must carry their required personal medication.

• Any relevant medical or physical limitation affecting participation should be disclosed to the appropriate activity operator where necessary.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

By booking or participating in the Bali tour, the participant confirms that they understand the nature of international travel, sightseeing, rafting, snorkeling and water sports and voluntarily accept the normal risks associated with transportation, water activities, changing weather and other tour activities.

Participants agree to follow the instructions of the tour coordinator, local representatives, drivers, activity operators and authorities throughout the trip.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. Travel insurance is not included in the package. Any medical treatment, hospitalization, emergency evacuation, ambulance, medication, baggage loss or other personal expense shall be the participant's responsibility unless covered by an applicable insurance policy.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

Weather, sea conditions, river conditions, transportation disruptions, local restrictions, government regulations, natural events, strikes or other circumstances beyond reasonable operational control may affect the itinerary or activities.

Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to modify, postpone, replace or cancel an activity, sightseeing point, transfer or part of the itinerary when reasonably necessary for safety, security or operational reasons. Additional costs arising from such circumstances, where applicable, shall be borne by the participant unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of the applicable payment and confirmation of hotels, activities, transfers and other services.

• Cancellation charges shall apply according to the policies of the respective hotels, activity operators, transport providers and other suppliers.

• Non-refundable services may not be refundable once booked or confirmed.

• TCS and statutory charges, once applicable or deposited, may not be refundable except as permitted under applicable rules.

• Date changes and rescheduling are subject to availability and applicable supplier charges.

• No refund shall be applicable for voluntarily unused services, meals, transfers, sightseeing or activities.

By making the booking/payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, travel requirements, safety instructions, rules, cancellation terms and other applicable conditions of the Bali Ubud Nusa Penida Kuta Tour Package.
