• Participants must not enter restricted areas or unsafe locations.
• Emergency or medical expenses are not included in the package.

Rules And Regulations

• Minimum Group Requirement: Every tour/event operates with a minimum requirement of 12 confirmed participants. If the minimum number is not achieved, Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to offer an alternate tour/itinerary, reschedule the booking to the next available batch, or provide a full refund, as applicable to the situation.
• Valid Identification: Every participant must carry valid government-issued photo identification and produce it whenever required for travel, accommodation or official verification.
• Punctuality: Participants must report at the designated locations and timings communicated by the tour team. Delays caused by individual participants may affect the group schedule and shall be the responsibility of the concerned participant.
• Tour Coordinator's Authority: The instructions and decisions of the Adventure Club Pune tour coordinator, driver or designated representative regarding route, timings, sightseeing sequence, vehicle movement and safety shall be final and binding.
• Responsible Behaviour: Abusive, threatening, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour towards fellow participants, local communities, hotel staff, drivers or tour representatives will not be tolerated.
• Alcohol & Intoxicants: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and accommodation rules regarding alcohol and intoxicants. Any behaviour that compromises safety, discipline or the comfort of other participants may result in removal from an activity or tour without refund, depending on the circumstances.
• Cleanliness: Participants must maintain cleanliness and must not litter or damage monuments, gardens, forests, public places, hotels or other properties.
• Accommodation: Any damage, breakage or additional charges caused to hotel/property facilities due to participant negligence or misconduct shall be payable by the concerned participant.
• Personal Belongings: Adventure Club Pune shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, valuables, cash, electronics or documents.
• Medical & Emergency Expenses: Medical treatment, hospitalization, medication, ambulance services, emergency evacuation and other personal medical expenses shall be borne by the participant.
• Itinerary Changes: Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to modify, reroute, postpone, shorten or rearrange the itinerary due to weather, traffic, road conditions, attraction closures, local restrictions, safety concerns or other operational circumstances.
• Acceptance of Terms: By making the booking/payment and participating in the tour, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, safety requirements, additional charges, rules and applicable terms and conditions.

Health & Fitness Declaration

Participants should be physically fit for long-distance road travel, sightseeing and walking at hill-station destinations.

Participants with medical conditions that may be affected by prolonged travel, walking, altitude or changing weather should consult a qualified medical professional before undertaking the tour.

Participants are responsible for carrying their prescribed medicines and informing the tour coordinator of any relevant medical requirements.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

By participating in the tour, the participant acknowledges that road travel, sightseeing and outdoor activities involve inherent risks including traffic, road conditions, weather changes, uneven surfaces, crowds and other unforeseen circumstances.

The participant agrees to follow the instructions of the tour coordinator, driver, local representatives and attraction authorities.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

Any medical treatment, hospitalization, medication, emergency transportation or other personal medical expenses shall be borne by the participant unless covered by their own valid insurance policy.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

The itinerary may be modified, delayed, rerouted or cancelled due to extreme weather, heavy rainfall, landslides, road closures, traffic restrictions, attraction closures, government instructions, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

No particular sightseeing attraction, activity or experience can be guaranteed where access is restricted due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control.

• We understand that travel plans may change due to personal, professional, medical, or unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, transfer, and voucher requests will be governed as per Adventure Club Pune's official Terms & Conditions.
