Guests are requested to report at least 10 minutes before departure time.
Self-drive participants should directly reach the campsite after 4:00 PM and preferably before evening check-in.

ITINERARY
Day 1 – Arrival & Fireflies Experience
- 04:00 PM – 06:00 PM — Reach Bhorgiri Property, Room/Cottage allocation as per booking and freshen up
- 06:00 PM — Evening snacks and introduction session
- Activities and leisure time
- 08:30 PM — Enjoy dinner
- 09:00 PM — Briefing session by trek leader and preparation for the fireflies experience
- 09:30 PM – 11:30 PM — Guided fireflies observation experience and explore the surrounding forest region
- 12:00 AM — Return to campsite. Overnight stay.
Day 2 – Morning Nature Experience & Return
- 06:30 AM — Wake up and freshen up
- 07:00 AM – 08:00 AM — Explore & enjoy an optional trek to Bhorgiri Fort
- 08:30 AM — Enjoy breakfast and tea
- 10:00 AM — Check-out and begin return journey

- Best viewing period is generally May to June.
- Fireflies are part of a natural ecosystem; sightings cannot be guaranteed every night.
- No refund shall be provided in case of fewer or no sightings.
- Itinerary may change due to traffic, weather, operational delays, or safety reasons.
- Private batches can be customised subject to availability.
- Stay arrangements are basic nature-camp style facilities and not luxury accommodations.
RULES & REGULATIONS
- Silence must be maintained during firefly spotting. No flash photography or loud noise allowed.
- Music will be switched off at the campsite as per local rules and schedule.
- Respect locals, nature, fellow campers, and surrounding property.
- Participants must follow all instructions given by trek leader / coordinator.
- Camp or stay property damage caused by participants will be chargeable.
- Firefly sightings depend on weather and seasonal conditions. No refund for non-sightings.
- Throwing garbage on trails or campsite area is strictly prohibited.
- Transport package batches require a minimum of 12 participants for confirmation; if not achieved, participants will be offered an alternative trip with fare adjustment, rescheduling option, or full refund.
- Playing loud music in mountains, forest areas, or villages is not allowed.
- Trek Leader’s decision in any situation will be final.
- Misbehaviour may lead to trip termination without refund.
- Medical emergencies or treatment costs shall be borne by participant.
- Alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
- Organisers reserve the right to change itinerary for safety or operational reasons.
