Itinerary

Day 0: Delhi To Bir Billing

• 08:00 PM: Assemble at ISBT Kashmiri Gate or Akshardham Metro Station.

• Depart from New Delhi towards Bir Billing.

• Overnight journey by vehicle.

Day 1: Bir Arrival | Bir To Billing Trek

• 09:00 AM: Arrive at Bir and freshen up.

• Enjoy breakfast before the trek.

• 10:00 AM: Begin the approximately 10 km trek from Bir to Billing.

• Trek through Pahari villages, mountain landscapes and streams.

• After approximately 4–5 hours, reach Billing.

• Evening: Relax at the campsite and enjoy a bonfire.

• Dinner and overnight stay in dome tents at Billing.

Day 2: Paragliding | Return Journey

• Enjoy breakfast at Billing.

• Experience a 15–30 minute paragliding session from Billing to Bir.

• After landing at Bir, freshen up and prepare for the return journey.

• Depart Bir for New Delhi.

• Overnight journey towards Delhi.

Day 3: Arrival In New Delhi

• Arrive in New Delhi early morning.

• Drop at the designated point.

• Tour concludes with wonderful memories of Bir Billing.

• The Bir to Billing trek is approximately 10 km and may take around 4–5 hours depending on trekking pace and trail conditions.
• The paragliding session is approximately 15–30 minutes and is subject to weather, wind conditions, operator availability and safety clearance.
• Paragliding participation is subject to the activity operator's safety assessment.
• Dome tent accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis as per the booking arrangement.
• Participants should carry suitable warm clothing due to changing Himalayan weather conditions.
• Participants must follow all instructions provided by the trekking guide, paragliding operator and tour coordinator.
• The itinerary sequence may be modified due to weather, safety or operational conditions.
• Medical, emergency evacuation and personal expenses are not included.

Safety & Risk Awareness

• The Bir to Billing trek involves uphill walking, uneven terrain, mountain trails, streams and changing weather conditions.
• Participants must follow the trekking guide's instructions throughout the trek.
• Paragliding is an adventure activity involving inherent risks associated with take-off, flight and landing.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions and equipment requirements of the authorized paragliding operator.
• Paragliding may be delayed, modified or cancelled due to unsuitable weather or wind conditions.
• Participants should not participate in any activity if instructed otherwise by the authorized safety team.
• Emergency evacuation and medical expenses shall be borne by the participant.

Special Safety Advisory

Trekking and paragliding are adventure activities involving inherent risks including falls, slips, uneven terrain, weather changes, altitude-related discomfort, take-off and landing risks and other unforeseen circumstances.

Paragliding participation is voluntary and subject to the participant's physical fitness, weather conditions and the final decision of the authorized activity operator.

The decision of the trek leader, paragliding operator or safety personnel regarding activity participation, route, timing, weather-related suspension or cancellation shall be final and binding.

Rules And Regulations

• Minimum Group Requirement: Every tour/event operates with a minimum requirement of 12 confirmed participants. If the minimum number is not achieved, Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to offer an alternate itinerary, reschedule the booking to the next available batch, or provide a full refund, as applicable.
• Valid ID Proof: Every participant must carry valid government-issued photo identification.
• Punctuality: Participants must report at the designated locations and timings. Delays caused by individual participants shall be their responsibility.
• Activity Instructions: Participants must strictly follow the instructions of the trekking guide, paragliding operator, driver and tour coordinator.
• Responsible Behaviour: Abusive, threatening, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour towards participants, staff, local communities or activity operators will not be tolerated.
• Alcohol & Intoxicants: Alcohol or intoxicants must not be consumed in a manner that compromises safety, discipline or the comfort of others.
• Nature Protection: Littering, damaging vegetation, trails, campsites, local property or natural surroundings is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their own valuables, cash, mobile phones, cameras, documents and other belongings.
• Safety Authority: The tour coordinator, trek leader and paragliding operator have the authority to restrict or discontinue participation whenever considered necessary for safety.
• Itinerary Changes: Adventure Club Pune may modify, reroute, postpone or cancel activities due to weather, road conditions, trail conditions, wind conditions, local restrictions, safety concerns or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Acceptance: By making the booking/payment, participants confirm acceptance of the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, safety requirements, rules and applicable terms.

Health & Fitness Declaration

Participants should be physically fit for a 10 km mountain trek involving approximately 4–5 hours of trekking and for participation in adventure activities.

Participants with medical conditions that may affect trekking, altitude exposure or paragliding should consult a qualified medical professional before booking.

Participants are responsible for carrying their prescribed medicines and informing the tour coordinator of relevant medical requirements.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

By participating in the tour, the participant acknowledges that trekking, camping, paragliding and mountain travel involve inherent risks including falls, slips, uneven terrain, weather changes, altitude-related discomfort, flight-related risks and other unforeseen circumstances.

The participant voluntarily agrees to undertake the activities and follow all instructions provided by Adventure Club Pune, the trekking team and the authorized paragliding operator.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

Medical treatment, hospitalization, emergency transportation, evacuation and other personal medical expenses shall be borne by the participant unless covered by their own valid insurance policy.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

The trek and paragliding activity may be modified, postponed or cancelled due to heavy rainfall, strong winds, poor visibility, extreme weather, unsafe trail conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government instructions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

No particular paragliding flight, trekking route or activity timing can be guaranteed where access or participation is restricted for safety reasons.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling will be governed by the applicable Adventure Club Pune booking terms and conditions. Participants are requested to review the complete policy before confirming their booking.
