Day 1: Bangalore To Chikmagalur

• Pickup from Bangalore Airport, Railway Station or Hotel.

• Drive towards Chikmagalur.

• Check in at the hotel on arrival.

• Drive around Hirekolale Lake.

Day 2: Chikmagalur Sightseeing

• Visit Mullayanagiri, Baba Budangiri and Seethalayanagiri.

• Explore Manikyadhara Waterfalls with a short walk.

• Visit Jhari Waterfalls.

Rules And Regulations

• Minimum Group Requirement: Every tour/event operates with a minimum requirement of 12 confirmed participants. If the minimum number is not achieved, Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to offer an alternate itinerary, reschedule the booking to the next available batch, or provide a full refund, as applicable.
• Valid ID Proof is mandatory for all participants.
• Participants must follow applicable local, government, forest, monument and authority regulations.
• The decisions of the tour coordinator, driver or designated representative regarding route, timings, sightseeing sequence and safety shall be final and binding.
• Participants must report on time. Delays caused by individual participants may affect the group schedule and shall be the participant's responsibility.
• Abusive, threatening, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Alcohol or intoxicants must not be used in a manner that compromises safety, discipline or the comfort of others.
• Littering, damage to monuments, natural areas, hotel property or public places is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused due to participant negligence shall be recoverable from the concerned participant.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, cash, electronics and documents.
• Medical treatment, hospitalization, medication, ambulance and emergency expenses shall be borne by the participant.
• Adventure Club Pune may modify, reroute or reschedule the itinerary when required due to safety, weather, traffic, road conditions, local restrictions or other operational circumstances.
• By booking and making payment, participants confirm acceptance of the applicable itinerary, rules, safety requirements, inclusions, exclusions and terms.

Health & Fitness Declaration

Participants should be physically fit for long-distance road travel, sightseeing, walking and outdoor exploration.

Participants with existing medical conditions should consult a qualified medical professional before undertaking the tour and should carry their prescribed medicines.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

By participating in the tour, the participant acknowledges that travel and outdoor sightseeing involve inherent risks including road travel, traffic, uneven terrain, waterfalls, changing weather, crowds and other unforeseen circumstances.

Participants agree to follow the instructions of the tour coordinator, driver, local representatives and attraction authorities.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

Any medical treatment, hospitalization, emergency transportation or other personal medical expenses shall be borne by the participant unless covered under the participant's own valid insurance policy.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

The itinerary may be modified, delayed, rerouted or cancelled due to heavy rainfall, landslides, road closures, extreme weather, attraction closures, government restrictions, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

No particular sightseeing location or activity can be guaranteed where access is restricted due to safety, weather, local authority instructions or other unavoidable circumstances.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling will be governed by the applicable Adventure Club Pune booking terms and conditions. Participants are requested to review the complete policy before confirming their booking.
