Itinerary

Day 1: Departure From Pune & Mumbai

Mumbai Pickup

• 04:00 PM: Pickup from Dadar.

• Route: Dadar → Sion → Chembur → Vashi.

Pune Pickup

• 08:00 PM: Pickup from BMCC College, FC Road.

• 08:30 PM: Pickup from Xion Mall, Hinjewadi.

• Overnight journey towards Dandeli.

Day 2: Dandeli Arrival | Watersports | Sunset Point

• 08:00 AM: Arrive in Dandeli, breakfast and freshen up.

• Later: Proceed for Kali River Rafting.

• Enjoy kayaking in the backwaters.

• Return to the resort for lunch.

• Enjoy indoor and outdoor games.

• Visit the sunset point and enjoy the scenic sunset.

• Evening: Campfire and music.

• Overnight stay at the jungle resort.

Day 3: Jungle Trek | Moulangi Eco Park | Return Journey

• Early morning: Wake up and prepare for the day.

• Morning: Proceed for a jungle trek.

• Return to the resort and enjoy breakfast.

• Visit Moulangi Eco Park.

• Return to the resort for lunch.

• Post lunch: Begin the return journey towards Pune/Mumbai.

• Expected Mumbai arrival: Around 04:00 AM Monday, subject to traffic and road conditions.

• Pune arrival: Depending on traffic, road conditions and other operational circumstances.

Safety & Risk Awareness

• Dandeli adventure activities involve inherent risks associated with water, jungle terrain, outdoor activities and road travel.
• River rafting and kayaking must be undertaken strictly under the instructions of the authorized activity team.
• Participants must use required safety equipment wherever instructed.
• Participants must not enter restricted river, forest or activity areas.
• Jungle trekking may involve uneven terrain, slippery sections, insects and changing weather conditions.
• Participants must immediately inform the tour coordinator about any medical or safety concern.
• Emergency evacuation, medical treatment and hospitalization expenses are not included.

Special Safety Advisory

River rafting, kayaking, zipline, zorbing, jungle trekking and other adventure activities carry inherent risks including falls, slips, water-related incidents, impact injuries and other unforeseen circumstances. Participation is voluntary and subject to the participant's physical fitness and acceptance of the activity-specific risks.

The activity operator's safety instructions, equipment requirements and participation decisions must be strictly followed.

Rules And Regulations

• Minimum Group Requirement: Every tour/event operates with a minimum requirement of 12 confirmed participants. If the minimum number is not achieved, Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to offer an alternate itinerary, reschedule the booking to the next available batch, or provide a full refund, as applicable.
• Valid ID Proof: Every participant must carry valid government-issued photo identification.
• Activity Rules: Participants must strictly follow instructions issued by the activity operator, tour coordinator, local team and safety personnel.
• Punctuality: Participants must report at the designated locations and timings. Delays caused by individual participants shall be their responsibility.
• Responsible Behaviour: Abusive, threatening, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour towards fellow participants, staff, local communities or activity operators will not be tolerated.
• Alcohol & Intoxicants: Consumption of alcohol or intoxicants in a manner that compromises safety, discipline or the comfort of others is prohibited.
• Nature & Environment: Littering, damaging vegetation, wildlife, public property or local facilities is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their own mobile phones, cameras, valuables, cash and other personal belongings.
• Property Damage: Any damage caused to resort, vehicle, activity equipment or other property due to participant negligence may be charged to the concerned participant.
• Safety Authority: The tour coordinator, activity operator and designated safety personnel may restrict or discontinue a participant's activity if they consider participation unsafe.
• Itinerary Changes: Adventure Club Pune may modify, reroute, postpone or cancel activities due to weather, river conditions, road conditions, local restrictions, safety concerns or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Acceptance: By making the booking/payment, participants confirm acceptance of the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, safety requirements, rules and applicable terms.

Health & Fitness Declaration

Participants should be physically fit for road travel, jungle trekking, walking and adventure activities included in the itinerary.

Participants with medical conditions that may affect participation in water sports, trekking or outdoor activities should consult a qualified medical professional before booking.

Participants are responsible for carrying their prescribed medicines and informing the tour coordinator about relevant medical requirements.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

By participating in the tour, the participant acknowledges that road travel, jungle trekking, river rafting, kayaking, zipline, zorbing and other outdoor activities involve inherent risks.

The participant voluntarily agrees to undertake the activities and follow all instructions provided by Adventure Club Pune, local operators and safety personnel.

Adventure Club Pune shall not be responsible for risks arising from a participant's failure to follow safety instructions or from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

Medical treatment, hospitalization, emergency transportation, evacuation and other personal medical expenses shall be borne by the participant unless covered by their own valid insurance policy.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

Adventure activities and sightseeing may be modified, postponed, rerouted or cancelled due to heavy rainfall, river conditions, extreme weather, forest restrictions, road closures, natural disasters, government instructions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

No particular adventure activity or sightseeing location can be guaranteed where participation or access is restricted for safety or operational reasons.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling will be governed by the applicable Adventure Club Pune booking terms and conditions. Participants are requested to review the complete policy before confirming their booking.
