Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi To Jim Corbett

• Pickup from Delhi Airport, Railway Station or Bus Stop.

• Drive towards Jim Corbett.

• Reach Corbett and check in to the hotel.

• Evening free for leisure and relaxation.

• Enjoy dinner at the hotel.

• Overnight stay in Corbett.

Day 2: Jim Corbett Safari & Local Sightseeing

• Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

• Proceed for an adventurous Jeep Safari in Jim Corbett National Park.

• Explore the forest landscape and wildlife surroundings.

• Later proceed for local sightseeing.

• Visit Corbett Waterfall, Garjia Temple and Corbett Museum.

• Return to the hotel in the evening.

• Enjoy dinner and overnight stay in Corbett.

Day 3: Jim Corbett To Delhi Departure

Safety & Risk Awareness

• The tour involves long-distance road travel and wildlife-zone sightseeing.
• Participants must follow all instructions given by the driver, tour coordinator and forest authorities.
• During safari, participants must remain inside the designated vehicle and follow wildlife safety instructions.
• Do not attempt to approach, feed, photograph or disturb wildlife.
• Participants must not enter restricted forest areas or leave the designated vehicle unless permitted by authorized personnel.
• Medical and emergency expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

Rules And Regulations

• Minimum Group Requirement: Every tour/event operates with a minimum requirement of 12 confirmed participants. If the minimum number is not achieved, Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to offer an alternate itinerary, reschedule the booking to the next available batch, or provide a full refund, as applicable.
• Valid ID Proof: Every participant must carry valid government-issued photo identification.
• Forest & Wildlife Regulations: Participants must strictly comply with all forest department, wildlife sanctuary, park, government and local authority regulations.
• Safari Rules: Participants must follow the instructions of the authorized safari driver, forest guide and officials at all times.
• Punctuality: Participants must report at the designated locations and timings. Delays caused by individual participants shall be their responsibility.
• Responsible Behaviour: Abusive, threatening, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour towards fellow participants, staff, local communities, drivers or authorities will not be tolerated.
• Alcohol & Intoxicants: Alcohol or intoxicants must not be used in a manner that compromises safety, discipline or the comfort of others.
• Nature Protection: Littering, feeding wildlife, damaging vegetation or disturbing animals is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their own valuables, cash, electronics, documents and personal belongings.
• Property Damage: Any damage caused to hotel, vehicle or other property due to participant negligence shall be payable by the concerned participant.
• Safety Authority: The tour coordinator, driver and authorized forest/safari personnel may restrict participation or modify the itinerary whenever required for safety.
• Itinerary Changes: Adventure Club Pune may modify, reroute, postpone or cancel sightseeing due to weather, road conditions, wildlife restrictions, government instructions, attraction closures or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Acceptance: By making the booking/payment, participants confirm acceptance of the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, safety requirements, rules and applicable terms.

Health & Fitness Declaration

Participants should be physically fit for long-distance road travel, sightseeing and outdoor exploration.

Participants with medical conditions that may be affected by travel, weather or outdoor activities should consult a qualified medical professional before undertaking the tour.

Participants are responsible for carrying their prescribed medicines and informing the tour coordinator of relevant medical requirements.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

By participating in the tour, the participant acknowledges that road travel, wildlife areas, outdoor sightseeing and safari activities involve inherent risks including traffic, uneven terrain, weather changes, wildlife-related risks and other unforeseen circumstances.

The participant agrees to follow the instructions of Adventure Club Pune, the driver, safari guide, forest officials and local authorities.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

Medical treatment, hospitalization, emergency transportation, evacuation and other personal medical expenses shall be borne by the participant unless covered by their own valid insurance policy.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

The itinerary may be modified, delayed, rerouted or cancelled due to heavy rainfall, extreme weather, road closures, wildlife restrictions, forest department instructions, government regulations, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

No particular wildlife sighting, safari experience or attraction can be guaranteed, as wildlife movement and access are naturally unpredictable and subject to official regulations.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling will be governed by the applicable Adventure Club Pune booking terms and conditions. Participants are requested to review the complete policy before confirming their booking.
