Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Srinagar Sightseeing

• Arrive at Srinagar Airport

• Visit Mughal Gardens – Nishat Bagh & Shalimar Bagh

• Explore Shankaracharya Temple

• Shikara ride at Dal Lake (1 hour)

• Dinner & overnight stay in a houseboat

Day 2: Srinagar → Sonmarg → Srinagar

• Scenic drive to Sonmarg (90 km / 3 hrs)

• Visit Thajiwas Glacier (optional)

• Return to Srinagar for dinner & stay

Day 3: Srinagar → Gulmarg → Srinagar

• Drive to Gulmarg (55 km / 2 hrs)

• Enjoy gondola ride, skiing or snowboarding

• Evening return to Srinagar hotel

Day 4: Srinagar → Pahalgam

• Drive to Pahalgam (95 km / 3.5 hrs)

• Visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Chandanwari

• Local market exploration & dinner stay at Pahalgam

Day 5: Pahalgam → Srinagar (Departure)

• Breakfast & drive to Srinagar Airport

• Tour ends with memories of paradise!

Things to Carry

• Clothing:

Thermal inners (top & bottom), fleece jacket, waterproof jacket, trekking pants (no jeans), warm gloves, wool socks, wool cap/beanie, UV sunglasses, poncho/rain cover.

• Footwear:

Trekking shoes with ankle support, gaiters (for snow), flip-flops for room use.

• Accessories & Gear:

50–60L backpack, daypack, trekking pole, headlamp, quick-dry towel, sunscreen (SPF 50+), lip balm, moisturizer, power bank, camera/GoPro.

• Personal Essentials:

Toiletries, prescribed medicines, first aid, sanitizer, wipes, toilet paper, snacks/energy bars, water bottle (2L).

Rules & Regulations

• Participants must carry a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport) for hotel check-ins and army checkpoints.

• Adventure Club Pune acts solely as a tour coordinator and will not be liable for any natural calamity, delay, political unrest, or weather-related disruption.

• Itinerary may change due to local or weather conditions, and final decisions rest solely with the tour leader or ground operator.

• Adventure Club Pune shall not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings, baggage, or valuable items during travel.

• Any additional expenses arising due to roadblocks, flight/train delays, strikes, or emergencies will be borne by participants.

• Participants must follow instructions given by the tour leader and local guides at all times for safety and discipline.

• Consumption of alcohol or drugs during the tour is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the group without refund.

• Respect local culture, people, and environment; any act of misbehavior or damage to property will result in termination from the tour.

• Participants must inform the team about any existing medical conditions or allergies before departure; medical assistance in remote areas is limited.

• The tour involves travel through high-altitude regions; participants join at their own risk and must ensure personal fitness.

• Accommodation and transport are arranged on group-sharing basis; requests for private arrangements are subject to extra charges.

• Any complaint or dispute must be raised directly with Adventure Club Pune during the tour itself; post-tour complaints will not be entertained.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable except under written cancellation policies by Adventure Club Pune.

• Smoking inside the vehicle, rooms, or public areas is not allowed and may attract penalties.

• Participants must carry all required travel documents (tickets, ID proof, medical insurance if applicable) and keep digital copies as backup.

• The organizer reserves full right to accept, reject, or remove any participant found violating rules or creating inconvenience to others.

• Adventure Club Pune will not be liable for any injury, accident, or loss beyond its control; participants join voluntarily at their own risk.

• Parents/guardians must take full responsibility for minors joining the tour.

• All participants are expected to maintain punctuality for departures, meals, and sightseeing schedules to avoid group delays.

• Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to use group photos or videos clicked during the tour for promotional purposes.
