The Adventure Club Pune Tour Leader will meet the guests at the pickup/meetup point, complete the group coordination and then begin the spiritual darshan tour.

Stop 1 – Manacha Pahila Ganpati

Kasba Ganpati

• Begin with darshan of Kasba Ganpati
• Seek blessings at Pune's first Manacha Ganpati
• Darshan time will depend on crowd and queue conditions

Stop 2 – Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati

• Proceed towards Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati
• Experience the grand Ganpati darshan and festive atmosphere
• Darshan subject to crowd, queue, security and mandal arrangements

Stop 3 – Manacha Dusra Ganpati

Tambdi Jogeshwari Ganpati

• Proceed for darshan of the second Manacha Ganpati
• Spend time for prayer and darshan as permitted by crowd conditions

Stop 4 – Manacha Tisra Ganpati

Guruji Talim Ganpati

• Continue towards Guruji Talim Ganpati
• Darshan and short spiritual stop

• Proceed towards Deccan Metro Station
• Tour Leader will guide guests to the designated drop point
• Tour concludes at Deccan Metro Station

Important Darshan Timing Note

This is a festival-period darshan tour, and exact timings at each Ganpati mandal cannot be guaranteed.

Darshan time may vary depending on:

• Crowd levels
• Queue length
• Security arrangements
• Temple / mandal management
• Festival events
• Road restrictions
• Walking restrictions
• Metro operating timings
• Local traffic and crowd movement
• Government / police instructions

The Tour Leader may modify the sequence, waiting time or movement plan if required for group safety and smooth operation.

Guest Travel & Return Responsibility

Guests are requested to carefully check their meetup time, tour batch, drop time and return route before booking.

The tour concludes at Deccan Metro Station. Guests should independently ensure that the Metro or other transport service required for their return journey is operational from the drop location at the time they plan to travel.

Particularly for the late-night batch, guests must verify the available return Metro/transport connection according to the date of travel.

Adventure Club Pune will not be responsible if a guest misses their onward connection due to extended darshan queues, crowd conditions, delayed movement or changes in local festival operations.

Safety & Risk Awareness

Ganeshotsav in Pune attracts very large crowds, particularly around the major Ganpati mandals.

Senior citizens and guests with mobility limitations should assess their ability to comfortably walk and stand in crowded conditions before booking.

Rules & Regulations

• Respect all temples, mandals, local traditions and religious sentiments.
• Follow queue discipline at every darshan location.
• Do not push, argue or create disturbances.
• Consumption of alcohol or intoxicants during the tour is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is prohibited wherever restricted by law or local authorities.
• Loud music and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
• Do not litter.
• Do not damage public or private property.
• Follow instructions from the Tour Leader, police, Metro authorities and mandal volunteers.
• Photography restrictions must be followed.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Every event operates with a minimum of 12 confirmed participants; if this number is not met, we may reschedule to the next available batch, or provide a full refund as per the situation.
• Any participant creating a safety or discipline issue may be removed from the tour.
• The Tour Leader's decision regarding route, timing and operational changes shall be final.

Health & Fitness

Participants should be physically fit to participate in a city walking and spiritual darshan experience involving:

• Walking between locations
• Standing in queues
• Extended periods of waiting
• Crowded public spaces
• Use of Metro services
• Festival-season travel
