• The Kathmandu–Ghandruk and Pokhara–Kathmandu journeys involve mountain roads and may take longer than the estimated travel time.
• Accommodation will be provided on a twin or triple sharing basis as per the package.
• Ghandruk accommodation may be basic compared with city hotels due to its mountain village location.
• Sightseeing schedules may be adjusted according to local conditions and operational requirements.
• Additional sightseeing can be arranged subject to availability and applicable charges.
• Paragliding, bungee jumping and other adventure activities in Pokhara are optional and not included.
• Guests should carry their original passport / valid travel documents throughout the tour.

• Consumption of alcohol, smoking or intoxicating substances during sightseeing activities is discouraged and may be restricted at religious and heritage locations.

• Participants must respect Nepal's local culture, religious traditions, heritage sites and local communities.

• Appropriate and modest clothing should be worn while visiting temples and religious places.

• Photography restrictions at temples and heritage sites must be followed.

• Littering is strictly prohibited.

• Participants must follow instructions provided by the tour coordinator and local representatives.

• Any misconduct, harassment, abusive behaviour or activity affecting the safety or comfort of other participants may result in removal from the tour without refund.

• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, passports, cash, jewellery and electronic equipment.

• Any damage caused to hotel, vehicle, heritage or local property will be chargeable.

• Participants must follow local laws and regulations throughout the tour.

• The minimum number of participants required for a batch is 12 confirmed participants, unless specifically confirmed as a private/custom tour.

• A WhatsApp coordination group may be created before departure for important travel updates and coordination.

• Pickup points, reporting times and transportation arrangements may change due to operational requirements.

• Any expenses related to medical treatment, hospitalization, emergency transportation or personal emergencies shall be borne by the participant and/or their insurer.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to modify, reroute, reschedule or alter the itinerary in the interest of participant safety or due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
