• Participants must carry a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), visa (if applicable), and any other required travel documents throughout the tour.

• Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any illegal substances during group sightseeing, transportation, or at restricted public places is strictly prohibited. Participants must comply with the laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman.

• Respect local customs, religious beliefs, dress codes, and cultural traditions while visiting mosques, heritage sites, villages, and public places.

• Participants must follow all instructions given by the Tour Leader, local guide, and driver. Their decisions regarding safety, scheduling, and group coordination shall be final.

• Adventure Club Pune provides complete tour coordination; however, any expenses arising from illness, injury, hospitalization, missed flights, passport loss, or personal emergencies shall be borne by the participant.

• Participants are responsible for safeguarding their passport, travel documents, cash, valuables, electronic devices, and personal belongings throughout the tour.

• Travel and comprehensive medical insurance covering international travel is strongly recommended for all participants.

• A minimum of 12 confirmed participants is required for the group departure. If the minimum number is not achieved, Adventure Club Pune may offer an alternate departure, reschedule the tour, or provide a refund as applicable.

• Hotel check-in/check-out timings, sightseeing schedules, and transportation may change due to weather conditions, flight delays, road conditions, government regulations, or operational requirements.

• A dedicated WhatsApp coordination group will be created approximately 3–7 days before departure to share important updates, travel documents, pickup details, and tour coordination.
