Participants should take care in extreme heat, cold weather, uneven surfaces, and during outdoor activities. Follow the instructions of the tour coordinator and local staff at all times.

Rules & Regulations

• Alcohol, smoking, and intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited during the tour.
• Respect local culture, traditions, villages, artisans, and fellow travellers.
• Littering in the White Desert or surrounding areas is strictly prohibited.
• Loud music or disturbance at the tent accommodation, cultural venues, villages, or public areas is not permitted.
• Follow instructions given by the tour coordinator and local authorities.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings; Adventure Club Pune will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
• Do not enter restricted areas or venture into the desert beyond permitted zones.
• Any misconduct, harassment, abusive behaviour, or disturbance may result in removal from the tour without refund.
• Optional activities such as camel rides are undertaken at the participant's own responsibility unless otherwise specified.
• Every tour operates with a minimum of 12 confirmed participants. If the minimum is not achieved, an alternate departure, rescheduling, or refund may be offered as applicable.
• Accommodation is subject to the property/tent category mentioned in the package and is not comparable to luxury resort accommodation unless specifically stated.
• Meal inclusions are strictly as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Pickup, drop, transportation, and sightseeing schedules may change due to operational or local conditions.
• The itinerary may be changed due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, local regulations, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

Unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions, Adventure Club Pune does not provide individual travel or medical insurance. Any medical treatment, hospitalization, transportation, or personal emergency expenses shall be borne by the participant and/or their insurer.

Weather & Force Majeure

Adventure Club Pune may modify, postpone, reroute, reschedule, or cancel activities in the interest of participant safety due to:

• Natural calamities
• Transportation issues
