• Beach access, swimming, and water activities are subject to local conditions, safety instructions, and applicable restrictions. Swimming or entering the sea is not included unless specifically mentioned.

• Bonfire, music, BBQ, and other campsite activities are subject to weather conditions, local permissions, safety requirements, and campsite policies.

• Music or DJ arrangements may vary depending on the day and campsite schedule.

• Participants are requested to follow the announced check-in and check-out timings.

• Pick-up and drop services are not included in the standard package and can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.

• Participants must follow all beach safety instructions and avoid entering restricted or unsafe areas.

• Carry personal medication and essential belongings. The organiser does not provide personal medicines.

• Participants are advised to carry valid government-issued photo identification.

• Beach conditions may change due to tides, weather, and other natural factors. Participants must follow instructions from campsite staff and organisers.

Rules And Regulations

• Booking is confirmed only after full payment is received. Unpaid or partially paid reservations will not be considered confirmed unless explicitly approved by the organiser.

• Payment confirmation implies acceptance of the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, rules, and terms of Adventure Club Pune.

• Adventure Club Pune acts as an event organiser and coordinator. Campsite facilities and services are provided by the respective campsite and its staff.

• Participants are responsible for their personal safety, health, and belongings throughout the event.

• Participants must follow instructions issued by campsite staff and Adventure Club Pune coordinators.

• Participants must not enter the sea, swim, or participate in water activities unless permitted by the campsite management and local authorities. Any permitted activity must be undertaken only in designated areas and under applicable safety arrangements.

• Consumption of alcohol or other intoxicants must comply with applicable laws and campsite policies. Any prohibited or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the campsite without a refund.

• Misbehaviour, harassment, arguments, or actions disturbing other guests or staff will not be tolerated and may lead to removal without a refund.

• Littering, damaging campsite property, or harming the natural surroundings is strictly prohibited. Participants may be held responsible for any damage caused by them.

• Adventure Club Pune is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including phones, wallets, jewellery, and cameras.

• Participants must arrive on time and follow the announced schedule. Delays caused by participants may result in missed activities or arrangements.

• Bonfire, music, BBQ, and other campsite activities may be modified, restricted, or cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, local permissions, or campsite regulations.

• Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to modify the itinerary, campsite arrangements, or activities when required for safety or operational reasons.

• No refund will be provided for activities missed due to late arrival, personal absence, or failure to follow the announced schedule.

• Participants must be medically fit to take part in the camping experience and should inform the organiser in advance of any condition that may require special attention.

• Travel and medical insurance are the responsibility of participants unless specifically mentioned as part of the package.

• Adventure Club Pune and its representatives shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including severe weather, high tides, natural events, government restrictions, or other force majeure situations.

• The decision of Adventure Club Pune and campsite management regarding operational and safety matters shall be final.
