• Any damage caused to hotel, vehicle, houseboat, or other property will be chargeable to the concerned participant.

• Every group tour operates with a minimum of 12 confirmed participants. If the minimum number is not achieved, Adventure Club Pune may offer an alternate departure, reschedule the tour, or provide a refund as applicable.
