Itinerary

Day 1: Mumbai → Colombo → Mirissa

• Arrive at Mumbai International Airport at approximately 12:30 AM.

• Board the SriLankan Airlines BOM–CMB flight at 03:00 AM.

• Arrive at Colombo International Airport at approximately 05:40 AM.

• Complete immigration formalities and meet the local representative.

• Transfer towards Mirissa, enjoying scenic coastal landscapes en route.

• Check in to the hotel and relax at leisure.

• Evening free to enjoy the beach or explore the surroundings.

• Overnight stay at Mirissa.

• Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Bentota & Galle Excursion

• Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and proceed towards Bentota.

• Experience a scenic Madhu River Boat Safari through mangroves and waterways.

• Continue towards historic Galle.

• Explore the UNESCO-listed Galle Dutch Fort and surrounding colonial streets.

• Visit the iconic Galle Lighthouse.

• Return to Mirissa and relax by the coast.

• Overnight stay at Mirissa.

Day 3: Mirissa → Ella

• Breakfast and check out from the hotel.

• Drive towards scenic Ella through lush hills and mountain landscapes.

• En route, visit the spectacular Ravana Falls.

• Continue towards Ella and check in to the hotel.

• Overnight stay at Ella.

Day 4: Ella Sightseeing

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Visit the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, surrounded by forests and tea plantations.

• Explore the scenic surroundings of Ella.

• Visit Ravana Pool Club and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.

• Optional adventure activities such as zipline are available at additional cost.

Day 5: Ella → Nuwara Eliya → Kandy

• Breakfast and check out from the hotel.

• Drive through scenic mountain roads towards Nuwara Eliya.

• Visit Seetha Amman Temple.

• Explore Gregory Lake and the surrounding landscapes.

• Visit a Tea Plantation & Factory and experience Ceylon tea production.

• Continue towards Kandy, the cultural heart of Sri Lanka.

• Check in and relax at the hotel.

Day 6: Kandy → Dambulla → Sigiriya

• Breakfast and check out from the hotel.

• Proceed towards Sigiriya.

• En route, visit the UNESCO-listed Dambulla Cave Temple.

• Continue towards Sigiriya and check in to the hotel.

• Optional activities such as Whale Watching, Glass Boat, Flying Ravana and Lotus Tower are available at additional cost.
• Whale watching is seasonal and sightings are subject to natural conditions; no wildlife sighting can be guaranteed.

Safety & Risk Awareness

• Participants must follow instructions given by the tour leader, local guide, driver, hotel staff, and activity operators.
• Participants should remain with the group during transfers and sightseeing unless permitted otherwise.
• Adventure and optional activities involve inherent risks and must be undertaken voluntarily.
• Medical and emergency expenses arising during the tour are the participant's responsibility.
• Participants must inform the tour coordinator about any relevant medical, dietary, mobility, or other requirements before departure.
• Personal belongings, passports, cash, electronics, and valuables are the participant's responsibility.

Rules And Regulations

• All participants must carry valid identification and required travel documents.
• Participants must comply with Sri Lankan immigration, tourism, local authority, heritage-site, religious-site, hotel, and transport regulations.

• Every event operates with a minimum of 12 confirmed participants; if this number is not met, we may offer an alternate trek, reschedule to the next available batch, or provide a full refund as per the situation.

• Respect local culture, traditions, religious places, communities, and environmental guidelines.
• Alcohol, smoking, or intoxicants must not be used in a manner that compromises safety or violates local laws, hotel rules, or tour regulations.
• Littering, damage to public property, hotel property, vehicles, heritage sites, or natural areas is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused due to participant negligence may be charged directly to the concerned participant.
• Participants must maintain punctuality for group departures and sightseeing.
• Delays caused by participants may affect the group itinerary and shall remain the participant's responsibility.
• The decision of the tour leader regarding route, timings, group movement, activity participation, and safety management shall be final and binding.
• Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to restrict participation or modify the itinerary when reasonably required for participant safety, security, local regulations, or smooth tour operations.

Health & Fitness Declaration

• Participants should be physically fit to undertake the planned sightseeing, walking, climbing, and optional activities.
• Participants are responsible for carrying sufficient personal medication.
• Any medical condition, allergy, dietary requirement, or mobility concern should be informed to the organizer before departure.
• Participants voluntarily confirm that they are fit to participate in the tour.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

By booking and participating in the tour, the participant confirms that they understand the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, optional activities, travel conditions, and inherent risks associated with international travel and sightseeing.

Participants accept responsibility for following safety instructions and local regulations throughout the tour.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. Insurance should preferably cover international medical emergencies, hospitalization, baggage loss, trip interruption, and other applicable travel risks.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

The itinerary is subject to weather, traffic, road conditions, attraction closures, local authority instructions, strikes, natural events, flight disruptions, political or civil restrictions, health emergencies, and other circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control.

In such circumstances, Adventure Club Pune may modify, reroute, postpone, replace, or skip activities or sightseeing locations where reasonably required. No specific sightseeing or optional activity can be guaranteed when affected by such circumstances.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• Booking confirmation is subject to payment of the applicable advance amount.
• Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the final booking terms.
• Cancellation charges may vary according to airline, hotel, visa, supplier, and destination policies.
• Any non-refundable charges imposed by airlines, hotels, local suppliers, or other service providers may be deducted from the refundable amount, wherever applicable.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and applicable fare or supplier charges.
• Changes requested after confirmation may attract additional charges.
