Itinerary

• 08:00 PM onwards: Begin the overnight journey from Pune towards Trimbakeshwar.
• 04:30 AM: Reach Trimbakeshwar.
• 04:30 AM – 05:00 AM: Check-in/room allocation and freshen up at the provided facility.
• Note: Rooms are provided for freshening up; bathing facilities are not available.
• 05:00 AM: Get ready and proceed towards Trimbakeshwar Temple for darshan and Kakad Aarti.
• 05:00 AM – 08:00 AM: Attend Kakad Aarti and Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga Darshan, subject to temple rules, crowd conditions and darshan availability.
• 08:30 AM: Breakfast at Trimbakeshwar.
• 09:15 AM: Begin the journey towards Dugarwadi Waterfall.
• 10:00 AM: Reach Dugarwadi Waterfall parking area.
• 10:15 AM: Begin the guided trek towards Dugarwadi Waterfall.
• 10:15 AM – 12:30 PM: Trek through the scenic monsoon landscape, enjoy the waterfall surroundings and explore designated safe viewpoints.
• Enjoy the lush green Sahyadri surroundings, take photographs, and spend time experiencing the natural beauty of Dugarwadi Waterfall.
• 12:30 PM: Complete the waterfall exploration and begin the return trek towards the parking area.
• 01:00 PM: Start the return journey towards Trimbakeshwar.
• 01:45 PM: Reach Trimbakeshwar and enjoy unlimited Maharashtrian vegetarian lunch.
• 02:30 PM: Begin the return journey towards Pune.
• 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Expected arrival in Pune, depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, and other unavoidable circumstances.
• The decision of the trek leader regarding route selection, turnaround points, restricted areas, activity participation, and overall safety management shall be final and binding for all participants.

• Participants must report at their respective pickup point at least 10 minutes before departure.
• The overnight journey involves early morning arrival at Trimbakeshwar.
• Rooms are provided for freshening up only; bathing facilities are not available.
• Temple darshan and Kakad Aarti are subject to temple rules and crowd conditions.
• VIP Darshan is not included in the package.
• Carry sufficient drinking water for the waterfall trek.
• Proper trekking shoes with good grip are mandatory.
• Dugarwadi Waterfall conditions can change rapidly during the monsoon.
• Do not enter deep or fast-flowing water.
• Do not cross barricades or enter restricted areas.
• Keep the waterfall and surrounding forest area clean.
• Avoid carrying unnecessary valuables.
• Follow all instructions given by the trek leader and local support team.

Safety & Risk Awareness

• Dugarwadi Waterfall involves walking on uneven, rocky and potentially slippery terrain.
• Monsoon rainfall can increase water flow and make trails hazardous.
• Participants must maintain a safe distance from waterfall edges and fast-flowing water.
• Swimming or entering deep water is strictly discouraged.
• Do not attempt shortcuts or leave the designated route.
• Photography must be done only from safe and stable locations.
• Participants must remain with the group throughout the trek.
• Any medical treatment, hospitalization, ambulance, evacuation or emergency expenses shall be borne by the participant unless specifically covered under the package.

Rules And Regulations

• Alcohol, smoking and intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited during the tour.
• Participants must maintain discipline throughout the journey.
• Loud music or activities disturbing other visitors are not permitted.
• Respect Trimbakeshwar Temple, local residents, forest areas and the surrounding environment.
• Do not litter plastic, food wrappers or other waste.
• Do not damage natural or religious structures.
• Misconduct, harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards fellow participants, staff or local residents will not be tolerated.
• The Trek Leader/Guide's decision is final regarding route, timing, safety and group coordination.
• Adventure Club Pune is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
• Participants should disclose any relevant medical condition, allergy, injury or medication requirement before participation.
• Participants are strongly encouraged to have appropriate personal travel and medical/accident insurance.
• Pickup points and timings may change due to traffic, vehicle operations or unavoidable circumstances.
• Minimum participation requirement is 12 confirmed participants. If the minimum group size is not achieved, Adventure Club Pune may offer an alternate tour, reschedule the booking to the next available batch, or provide a refund as applicable.
• A WhatsApp coordination group may be created approximately 6–12 hours before departure for final instructions and updates.

Health & Fitness Declaration

Participants confirm that they are voluntarily participating in the Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga & Dugarwadi Waterfall Tour and are physically capable of undertaking walking, trekking and outdoor activities.

Participants must disclose any relevant medical condition, allergy, injury, mobility limitation or medication requirement that may affect their participation.

Anyone experiencing an active illness, injury or medical condition that may create a safety risk should consult a qualified medical professional before participating.

Participant Consent & Assumption Of Risk

Temple visits, trekking, waterfall exploration, transportation and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including slips and falls, injuries, illness, slippery terrain, changing water conditions, weather-related hazards, property damage and, in extreme circumstances, serious injury, permanent disability or death.

By participating, the participant voluntarily accepts these inherent risks and agrees to follow the instructions of the Adventure Club Pune trek leader, guide and local support team.

Adventure Club Pune and its affiliates shall not be responsible for incidents arising from natural hazards, participant negligence, failure to follow instructions, weather conditions, actions of third parties or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Personal travel, medical and accident insurance is strongly encouraged for all participants.

Participants are responsible for arranging insurance suitable for trekking and outdoor activities. Any medical treatment, hospitalization, ambulance, evacuation or related expenses not specifically included in the package shall be borne by the participant.

Weather, Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

The tour itinerary may be modified, postponed, rerouted, rescheduled or cancelled when required for participant safety or due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Adventure Club Pune.
