Rules And Regulations:
- Alcohol, smoking, or any kind of intoxicants is strictly prohibited during the trip. If found, the participant will be removed from the group without refund.
- Participants must maintain cleanliness at Velas Beach and surrounding areas. Littering is strictly prohibited.
- Loud music, shouting, or disturbing the natural environment or turtle conservation area is not allowed.
- Participants must follow all instructions given by the trip leader and local coordinators. The leader’s decision will be final in all situations.
- Turtle hatching is a natural process. Participants must maintain silence and discipline during the session and follow forest department guidelines.
- Any behaviour causing discomfort, harm, or inconvenience to other participants or locals will lead to removal from the trip without refund.
- Adventure Club Pune provides basic first aid support; however, any medical or emergency expenses will be borne by the participant.
- Participants are advised not to carry valuables, jewellery, or expensive gadgets. The organization is not responsible for any loss or damage.
- Participants must respect local culture, village rules, and religious places during the trip.
- The itinerary may change depending on weather, road conditions, or forest department permissions.
